I bought a kettle bell today ...the 10 lb er .Now what is your routine with it?I tried hanging it at the base of my cock for 3 minutes a few times and it gives a nice stretch but I think I may go back and exchange it for a 15 lb or 20 lb one cause I think I can take more weight than 10 lbs.

Started today with the kettle bell...

It weighs 10 lbs. and I hung it on the base on my dick for 20 min. and it felt awesome.Followed that with 20 minutes of wet jelqing.

I will try to pick up the 20 lb er tomorrow cause if I m gonna do this I want to make it intense!

I saw both your posts, Man!! Sorry!! I have been workin over time and have been unable to get on MOS!! You seem to be on the right track!! Doin sets for as long as you can!!! The stretch starts out not feelin like that much!! But as you go for more and more time you can FEEL the burn!!! Keep me posted on your progress!! They are workin for me!! I'd like to see it help someone else!! :D
 
Will keep you posted! I got the kettle bell because I was inspired by your progress...congratulations man!
I gained 3/4 inch in length using the Bathmate but because of the discoloration have stopped using it to get further gains.
How long did your routine last using the resistance bands?
I'm guessing that when you use the bands on the base of your dick or the kettle bell that it is the inner penis being pulled out by the resistance/hanging weight .
My next short term goal is 7 1/2" for erect length and right now I'm at 7" EL.

It already sounds like you are quite large Bud!! I do 16-20 minutes in the AM and 16-20 in the PM before my girth workout!! Just a word of caution Bub, make sure that you let up every now and again to allow your head to regain normal blood flow!! I do this and have recieved no discoloration that I can tell! Right now I'm experimenting with 1 minute stretch sets, then taking 5 seconds in between each stretch to switch hands so they don't tire as fast!! I don't remember having to do this the bands!! I think the Kettebell offers more resistance!!
 
I tried something new with my Gold's Gym Kettlebell!! I put the handle around the base of my dick and performed a __________ stretch!! I'm hear to tell you... THAT WAS A STRETCH!!! It is easy to do and great stretch!! It can be performed with the bands or the bell and if your doing these stretches I would suggest adding it to your stretching arsenal!! Priapus, when you're doing the kettlebell stretches (regular or __________), do you pull out on your dick so it's almost straight (i.e. a shallow "V" shape), or do you pull up just enough to counter the weight of the kettle bell with your dick in a "U" shape?

Also, what routine did you finally end up using with the kettlebell? As I recall, I had seen in another post that you did a combination of kettlebell stretches with conventional manual stretches. Do you mix the manual stretches in with the kettlebell stretches (e.g. 2 minutes with kettlebell, 1 minute manual, 2 minutes kettlebell, etc.), or do you just do one long (e.g. 8 minute) kettlebell stretch before or after manual stretches?

Impressive gains by the way, I'm trying to see if I can do something similar. Hell, I think I'd be happy with half the gains you've gotten in the same time period.

Mr._Clark I'll take your questions in order!! I do the stretch with a shallow "V" shape! I feel a better stretch that way but I believe that not every one is the same and that what works for me may not work for you!! If the "U" shape gives you a better stretch I would say go with that!! But the shallow "V" shape is the way I do it!! As far as my routine goes, I do 20 minutes in the morning with all kettle bell stretches, throughout the day I do 5 sets of manual stretches (each set having 4 stretches and each stretch in a set being one minute long), and at the end of the day I do another 20 minutes of kettlebell stretches before my girth work!!

That's intense, man. No wonder you gained an inch and a half in 3 months!
 
The kettle bell stretches are very good !
I still haven't had a chance to get a heavier one than my 10 lb er but plan to get a 15 or 20 lb one .
Priapus ...are you hanging it on the base of ur dick or also stretching at the same time .
I'm just going by the diagram you did of the gold bands where you hold ur dick up at a high angle and let the kettle bell sit on the base and do its stretch with its weight.

Looking forward to reading that!! I've come up with a couple different things to do with the kettlebell/bands but if you learn anything new please post it here!! That will be awesome!!

In intensity, they are about the same!! In life of the piece of equipment, go with the kettlebell!! I won't become overstretched!! I don't know how much of this thread you have read but if you read posts #5 and #7 it will explain the only issue I have found with the bands!! But all the exercises I have created for the band/kettlebell can be used for either/or! :D
 
can you post and briefly explain the exercises that your currently doing with the kettlebell? how heavy is the kettlebell?

I have been using the kettle bell for 3 days now.When I find time i will start a daily journal.
I got the 15 lb one cause I have been doin Penis Enlargement for awhile now and wanted the intensity.

So far I have been doing 16 minutes in the morning and the same in evening and increasing it every day till I reach 20 minute sessions.

I plan to do this exercise for 3 months and measure every month.I am 7" EL right now and looking to gain more length.Short term goal is 7.5" EL.
 
The kettle bell I currently own and have been using this last month is a 10lb one!!

I do a 20 minute set of these exercises in the AM and PM

4 minutes is dedicated to my Kettle bell __________ Stretches
(put your dick thru the handle, where the handle is sittin near or on the base of your dick, and perform a normal __________ stretch and hold this for a full minute and then switch hands)
8 minutes are dedicated to my #2 Kettle bell Stretch
(put your dick thru the handle and stretch straightout [perpendicular] from your body. the kettle bell handle will be in the middle of your dick and make a shallow "v" shape. hold for a full minute and then swtich hands)
8 minutes are dedicated to my #1 Kettle bell Stretch
(put your dick thru the handle, where the handle is sittin near or on the base of your dick, and pull your dick straight up toward the ceiling [in standing position]. hold for a full minute and then switch hands)
