My routine consisted of stretching in the morning for 30 mins with pretty high intensity (that I worked up to over time) wearing an ADS "ALL" day then in the evening would use the Penomet for 20 mins at full suction (again I had worked up to that) and over time I had gone from the 7" mark on the tube to the last mark on the tube which shows 8.5"(not actual inches on the tube.) Than I would be wrapped all night until the next morning to start all over. I have been doing this religiously for over 4 months trying to go harder over that time. Now I have taken a week off due to being on vacation with family so not any "alone" time to do much of anything and here is where the problem lies. I look as if I haven't gained a damn thing. It looks puney, it's not hanging at all, it's thin, it looks quite pathetic. I so crushed. I feel embarrassed to have wife see me, I have gotten hard ons and they looked pathetic as well. WTF!!!. I feel so depressed. It's fucking with my head so bad right. What am I doing wrong? I try to do what everyone suggest on here. I have increased my intensity over time I keep it stretched all day. It never is not extended. I am frustrated, confused,hurt, annoyed, everything! What the fuck am I doing wrong? !!!. Have I wasted all this time for nothing. With nothing to show for it.I'm just REALLY bummed out about this. Sorry guys I'm just really depressed about this. I wanted this to work so bad and I'm just freaked right now. I suggest giving it another couple months while adding hanging and jelqing to your routine. The lengthmaster is awesome for stretching and hanging. Use a phallosan or extender as your ads if possible.

If you can maintain a solid manual length and girth routine while slowly adding hanging and a high quality extender you should see gains within a month or two. If not, then it could be a hormonal issue or lack of proper rest and nutrition.
 
Yes, keep at it, don't quit at 4 months, plus it sounds as if you haven't actually measured, I know by measuring I've gained almost an inch in length in the last year and a half, but when I look at it I'd swear I haven't gained a millimeter
 
Dream I think you are being very hard on yourself. Sometimes we are our own biggest critics. I would stop worrying about your penis and just do the PE exercises you actually enjoy doing that feel good. Try to relax and enjoy the ride, I don't think you need to wrap overnight either so just be patient.
Either you have unrealistic expectations for 4 months of PE, you are overtrained, or you are being too hard on yourself. Maybe a little combination of all three
 
i ve spent years facing fails,i havent gained the way i was supposed to,but for some reason im still here n id like to stick around for the next..........years dont get mad at yourself...add jelqs or the ssj to your stretchings...n wait for a three month period after that time youd see gains....
 
Don't forget to measure bone pressed erect. As I find this the most precise way to measure keep a log for your starting size and gains. It could be possible your gaining weight as well which can create a fat pad. The mind can play great tricks.For me the most effective way of gaining length was hanging along with some manual stretches and using the extender. Don't give up its a slow process for some.
 
Just as girthgains have said, it could be that your fat pad was increasing over your 4months training period. Secondly, I strongly recommend an extender. I have a stubborn penis which requires a strong force to yield growth.

The thing is most men have a fat pad, they should expect to lose some of their non-bone-pressed length to how much weight they have lost of gained. The only way to discount this entire problem is for all men loose the fat pad but getting in great shape. Nothing gave me a bigger visual gain than loosing my entire fat pad and exposing the penis, the whole penis and nothing but the penis:) Without a fat pad there is no real reason to even keep it in your measurements and to men who do put a lot of faith in their NBP size, again it is an unstable way to measure in PE.

The measurement of length that matter most is you bone-pressed length. BPL gives a true measurement of what you are no matter what the size fat pad you may have. The other piece to the puzzle is loosing the fat pad:)

I have no intentions of giving up and I know 4 months isn't that long although I've been doing PE longer than that, in some form or fashion it's been over a year just the last 4 months I've been really dedicated and felt I had worked my way to more of a higher intensity workout. I know this can take some time I just really had hoped to see more of a change in my size. I've had some issues in that 4 months one of them being my top lying ligs have really been stubborn. I feel they are holding me back and have yet to find anything that will get them to stretch better. I hope nobody gets mad about this but I made a homemade LM due to not having the finances for a real one. It works quit well as fair as I can really stretch and comfort but again I haven't been able to break past this plateau. I just thought after seeing an increase in the Penomet (almost 2 inches) in a year that I would see more of a permanent size increase in the short time that I have stopped while on vacation. It was just very frustrating cause again I have worked very hard. I also I just want to state that my fat pad if anything has decreased although even before I have not been over weight(6' 170lbs). Again brothers thanks for the encouragement and advice. I'm going to get back at it when I done with the vacation. Again if ANYONE has any ideas on attacking those top ligs please advise, those things are driving me nuts right now. Thanks and have a great day.

Hanging. Hanging hits your ligs really hard and can give your very quick gains if you still have tight ligs.

For me, after 2 inches, things really slowed and I needed to change my workout and increase the intensity and the exercises I was using.
 
Well back from vacation so now I can start back. I can't wait except now I've found out that we're going to have some live in house guests for awhile so that's going to mess up things a little. Oh well I'll figure something out. Anyway DLD you said after gaining 2 inches you had to change things up, but wasn't your 2 inches permanent gains? By that I mean the 2 inches wasn't just by having it stretched by a device it was actual 2" of erect length? My 2" inch gain has only been in my Penomet fully pumped. Other than that I haven't really gained that much. Yeah before my vacation my stretch flaccid length was longer when I stretched it but my erect length has not changed. If I need to change up my routine I'm really not sure what I need to do. I know some are saying hanging but right now that's not an option. Time and no weights or device for weights. Any suggestions on a new routine? Other than weights right now.
Pogzee- I'll try to post a picture later but the device is very primitive. It consists of a piece of 2x4, some padding (egg crate padding if you know what that is) duct tape and 2 bolts with wing nuts to clamp it on. Again very primitive but it works for me. I just took the 2x4 about a foot and a half long, cut a hole in it a little larger than my "wrapped" flaccid, wrapped the padding around where my dick goes, duct tapped it, put the bolts in to clamp it down. It works for me for now til I can buy the real thing. I needed something to give me a more intense stretch cause my hands just wasn't cutting it anymore and so this works for me.
 
My 2" gain was a permanent gain, at the time there were no devices to speak of. I did it the old fashion way. The remain 2+" I made using various equipment and manual work. The first 2" took six months the next 2" took more than 6 years.

Get yourself a length master and use it for one hour daily (20 mins per session done three times). Do kegels all day as long as you remember. For pumping, do the 5x5x3 routine. You need to be doing SSJ after each pumping set.

You said you pump in the evening. After your pumping set, wear a cock ring for 1 hour. When you remove the cock ring, I don't think it's good to wrap the penis when you take off the cock ring since there is still some expansion left.
