I hit my limit a long time ago for gaining length, I still gain girth though. After trying everything but hanging and pumping I broke down and bought the penimaster. It's better than I thought it would be, but I just don't see it having enough traktion force and 3 hours is the most I can wear it. Realistically I don't have time to wear it for more than that and especially will not ever wear it out of the house.
So along with my routine which has been very good for girth I am incorporating using the penimaster (such a dumb name). This is what I have been doing the last week since I got it.
1-warm up
2-stretch for 3 minutes in different directions and vbends
3-30 wet jelqs at 100% but not rock hard
4-wear the penimaster for an hour full traktion
5-take a break from penimaster and dry jelq 90-100% hard x40
6-repeat 5 and 6 for up to 3 hours total, on the second hour I stick a marker between may penis and the bars giving it a v bend, I can really feel it stretching when doing this.
7-If I have time I warm up and do 400 wet jelqs with other techniques after my penimaster use.
What do you all think? When would be the best time to use the penimaster, before the work out or after. or like me. almost inbetween? Got any ideas on getting the most out of using it without having to wear it for 8 hours?
