Does food have any impact on a PE routine?For exemple i do lenght in the morning,and i eat right before i start the routine.Is there any problem?I ask this because i saw a post on some PE forum,who said you shouldnt eat before / after a PE workout.
 
Carbs give you better blood flow , and protein is necessary for cell proliferation.

well I don't know what you should eat . But by my experience before doing p.e. your stomach should be not full so that you don't feel lazy to do p.e. While stretching by any device you don't feel like to pee or poo. Whenever I wear my PF and my stomach is full I have to go to poo 2 times. So while doing p.e. my food intake is less. We eat to live not live to eat.
 
You should eat light meals all through the day. Heavy meals will make you feel weak and even fall asleep. I also suggest staying away from Marijuana because it will also make you eat. I don't eat in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon and by that time, I've almost finished with all my exercises. Full stomach is the number 1 enemy of PE.

You are correct it's just like other exercise infact more hard.
 
i went vegetarian recently and my entire life has improved. im hungry all the time and less bloated. more energy. kept all my strength. and sex drive is even higher which i didnt think was even possible.

You are right and that is why I only keep very healthy foods in the house. Last night, after smoking, maybe two hours after the thunder came and I had a delicious bowl of tuna, apples and cheese with a pickle relish. Delicious and healthy. But, if there were cookies in the houe, or any other junk food, the appropriate justifications would be made and i would eat all of it:)

And such individual will be making very slow gains. I was eating too much and doing PE but I was stuck at 7.5 inches until I did cardio and changed my diet. I reduced my weight and went to 8 inches easily with little efforts.

I am slacking on exercise but doing well with eating. I think, as AIM said, I need to ease my way in and not take too much on at first. I think the eating is the biggest part and I will resume exercise on Monday. I am very determined but I also know I need to be patient. I see the fat everyday in the mirror and it breaks my heart, I know I will get there, I just know it.

I've not been doing my cardio exercise for quite some time now. I didn't do PE today neither. Hopefully, I will get back on the wagon from tomorrow.
 
Exercise without a good diet it's pointless..i know from experiece , in the past i used to do tons of cardio..running..etc...the fat was still there..because my diet was bad..As long as you have a good diet you don't need cardio..only if you want to lose weight even faster or to get in shape..or both...
 
Even with a good diet, I don't think the fat pad I have will go away completely. Cardio will be needed. To be honest, I've never followed a good diet for one week. I hope to start eating well soon.

It takes a good solid month of eating healthy to make it a habit. For me it has been about 3 weeks being on my current diet which is a mic of the mediterranean diet mixed with AIM's diet advice. I eat mainly fish, vegetable, nuts and fruit. I supplement with protein bars to get in meals where I usually would not because of my rushed schedule. I am getting more and more used to it and once I have made this a habit I will get more involved with exercise. I have not seen any weight loss but I do see more muscle, which is a good sign. I would not mind being 220 (as I am) if it were all muscle. I used to be about that weight when I owned my old gym and I looked great at 220 when it was all muscle. 220 in my condition today does not have the same beauty:) I may adjust my goal to be 190 and work not only on the HIT workouts but also get some weight training in. I have given up on rushing anything, it was only causing me stress. Now I just look to cement these habits and get myself to a healthy weight and lose the fucking fat pad! I miss seeing my dick:)

From my understanding, getting used to the diet is the first step. I will start my diet again soonest probably next month.
 
Ugh i diet for 1 -2 days then im back to my old habbits....i will try not to masturbate , maybe once a week or so,i've noticed that after i ejaculate all my will power is gone...
