Hey everyone, i plan on starting pe soon, ive just been doing alot of research so i could get off on the right start. Well i have decided im going to follow Dlds routines exactly how he did, phase1-phase5. I have a couple of questions for DLD though. Hopefully they can get anwered to fill the missing things in my research. Well her it goes.

1. How many months did you spend on each phase, and when did u switch?

2. How many routines a day did u do for each phase and what where they and what was the time frame for each?

3. You have mentioned you hang, and what time/ phase did u start hanging?

4. Do u do any other little thing to help your gains, our to supplement the phase you where on at the time.

5. With the basic jelg, is it better to use the ok grip ( palms down) or ok grip( palms up)?

6. I know with pe we must stretch the skin to make room for growth. When u stretch manul do you stretch the skin too, are is there a skin stretching routine, if so what is it and how ofthen should i do it?

7. Is there any adive, resources, ext. that you can recommed to help my pe journey?

8. When you are on a phase, i know u test other stuff, do u just mess around with things though out the day, are do u have a special time or routine just for testing?

HAHAHah, well thats some of the questions, hope it wasnt too much DLD, well hopefully things go good with this thread, and i could start off on the right track? Also i joined the Paysite and im going to be ordering the DVD and power assist soon. Thanks alot all for reading this and put in some good info. Oh yeah, would u recommed any supplements to help my pe, im only 18 so i dont think i need viagera?
 
Hey Jane's you can search through the newbie section and find the threads about DLD's routine length. As a general rule you want to keep doing what works, and when it doesn't yield gains you change the program up.

You have a lot of questions though.

The best way to jelq is usually a personal preference. I get better expansion with a reverse ok grip, as you would do in performing the basic stretches.

For manual skin growth you can simply tug the skin up towards the head with your fingers, and hold for however long you feel. As you stretch with the basic stretched ot whatever manuals you use your skin will grow slightly from this, as well as jelqing.

The best advice about starting out is to stick to the NEWBIE routine for a little while, I did it for six weeks, but I've gone back to it a few times and always see improvement while on it.

DLD has hung on and off for a few years I think, I'm not 100% sure but I do know that he hangs currently and hangs for at least 7 sets at a time with 25 lbs.

As far as supplementing or anything for Penis Enlargement, your best bet is to eat whole foods, get good fats for testosterone levels. Protein for regeneration of tissues, and carbs for energy during sessions. It helps to stay lean through the journey, that way you can keep an excellent record of gains, and it's much easier on the psyche if you think your penis is not shrinking. You could supplement with a protein powder to get a bit of extra protein during the day, and that is the best advice on pills etc. Pills don't do a whole lot, but you could go buy arginine pills for blood flow.

The most honest and best advice I can give you about your Penis Enlargement journey as a whole is that it will be a long road, regardless. Some guys may gain at a fast rate and others at a slow rate but it takes patience and perseverance to get through to the goal. As do all things in life.

I spent about a year on each Phase before I switched. My goal was to get as much as I could from each routine before I switched. The only changes I made to the individual routines was increased intensity in order to continue gaining.

I train twice a day for the most part doing length in the AM and girth in the PM. This helps with my concentration for each specific movement.

My most recent routine includes hanging and it is an extremely time intensive routine which runs from when I wake till when I sleep. I introduced hanging into my routine about 1 year ago. I usually do 5-7 sets of 30 minutes each using 25lbs.

4. Do u do any other little thing to help your gains, our to supplement the phase you where on at the time.

The only supplement I have used so far is Erectile Dysfunction Drugs, mainly VIAGRA but I have tried Cialis and a few of the genetics.

I have always loved palms down, I still use this technique today. It feels much more natural for me but I have always advised guys to do what they feel most comfortable with. Using my method I feel like I get better pressure, intensity and expansion.

Skin will stretch as the the penis lengthens. There is no need to worry too much about skin stretch as this is easily done, you main concern should be stretching the penis itself. If your penis is growing too fast for your skin hollar at me and give me the secret:D

Follow the physical portion of the routines, be committed and tenacious but understand there is a mental part that works with Penis Enlargement and I feel is determinate in anyones success. I would spend some time reading the Penis Enlargement Mental Victory and other information in this section of the site as it will help you with the psychological piece.

Also understand that Penis Enlargement is not a vacation, it is a long term Part Time Job but with patience and dexterity the pay-off is immense.

Developing new exercise comes to me more like a slap in the face than a timely mental process. Usually I am doing my routine and out of no-where I get an idea try it and if it seems good I keep note of it. After a while I end up with a handful of decent prospects and when I decide to create a new phase I will make an outline and follow it religiously. If after a few weeks I am not feeling potential I will make changes, sometimes I feel the potential but some stuff needs tweaked and I will do that. By the time it is an actual Phase I have done thorough testing personally, released the routine to a few people to test, and I feel very good about it.

And if my penis grows faster the my skin ill make sure i tell you my secert DLD, LOL . Im really excited about My pe journey, and i know its going to be a long road to my goal gains of 2.75 x 1, but like you send its a job and it will diffently pay of alot. I think im going to try and put some of my bodybuilding skills into my pe, ie. training methods, mental stuff, and supplements, but im going to keep all the phase exactly how they are. Ill be keeping a writen journay of my pe carrer, and at the end of all of it ill post everything. Well hope things go well for me and for all of you. Goodluck guys
