this is a brief post to help people stay motivated during a tough plateau.

i am a clamper and a hanger. I have had a few really tough plateaus and here is my advice.

Do not stop pushing. adding weight in hanging. finding new and better ways to get comfort and get more force on those ligs and tunica. if your gains have stalled and you are doing the same weights it is time to re up the game.

if you are clamping and what was working has stopped. your gains are not coming and there is no difference in pressure.... break through this. add time. add force. add reps throughout the day.

safety is always first but to continue to gain in Penis Enlargement you CANNOT be normal in the head. you must be a little bit crazy in a fanatic way. remember this about yourself and either do this shit or dont.

yes i am writing to myself and i am on a really good roll after cracking some plateaus. but i am writing this because it it true.

write down where you are headed. study it. hold it. believe in it because tomorrow is as real as today and it may come sooner than you think with the right formula. find the formula and break your plateau.
 
Great thread, I dont think plateaus are discussed enough, since theyre probably the reason a lot of people give up Penis Enlargement and abandon their goals. Its tough to stay motivated sometimes, but reading the threads people post about their routines can be enough inspiration to keep going.
Ive been plateau'ing for roughly half a year now (if not more), what would you or anyone else recommend if I'm just doing manual stretches and jelqing?
More/different stretches? More/higher level intensity of jelqing? Investing in an ADS?
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could give some tips for breaking through a plateau.

Would you consider hanging as a good way to start length gains again.

Perspective is the most important thing in understanding this. Here is a good comparison. To get to 70 percent of your genetic capability in bench pressing is somewhat easy. This is like newbies in pe with early gains.

To get to 80 percent and then 90 percent is a WHOLE different game. this is where the real training and understanding begin.

most people do pe like most people go to the gym. they are not getting stronger yet they go the same number of days, spend the same time, do the same effort, and complete the same routines.

breaking a plateau is a physically real thing concerning any change of the body. first however the entire picture must be seen and the emotion to stop settling for the same must come in.

breaking a pleateu is really about finding more of your own greatness and ability to change matter in a way and degree that we have not yet accomplished. know it can be done.

I suggest that you try a more intense length routine maybe sock stretches or footlongs
 
Simply increase your intensity with shorter sessions and more rest, this will equal success past a plateau.
 
One thing that I want to point out for all of the members that have been in plataeus for a long time is look at all of the well endowed members that have made good progress. What do they all have in common besides having large penises. They have Penis Enlargement workouts that last all day. We have to remember that we are trying to bring about increases in our penis size that by mother nature stops growing after puberty. We are trying to force the penis to plastically deform to a greater level of tissue mass so when blood fills it up during an erection it will be bigger. To force tissue to plasically deform it needs to be worked on through out the day to bring about perminent changes. A 30 min or 1 hour Penis Enlargement session in my opinion will not bring about dramatic gains because after you stress the tissues for gains, your dick will most likely revert back to its normal size as it heals in its flaccid state through out the day. For stretch forces to have a permanent effect the ligaments and tunica need to be hit through out the day in controlled sessions to keep elongation and expansion while healing takes place. You never want your dick to turtle after a Penis Enlargement session. Turtling is counter productive to our goals.

Take a look at airshy's, DLD's, or Fedora's Penis Enlargement workouts. They all have there workouts spread through out the day to keep the tunica and ligs extended to allow perminent deformation to take place. Fedora would use his extender pretty much all day and also do a manual Penis Enlargement session as well. Airshy does hanging in the AM and then 20 minute clamp sets through out the rest of the day every day. DLD would do heavy length work in the AM and then heavy girth work in the evening every day. These guys including myself do Penis Enlargement all day and I think this is the best and most logical way to perminently change tissue size and shape. As you guys can see I am a more is more kind of guy.

REDZULU2003's philosophy on short intense sessions is good as well but for the guys that do follow this philosophy, I think they should at least wear an ADS or ADC's for 2-4 hours afterwards to keep the stressed tissues extended while healing takes place.

Also guys, in my opinion I think your erection quality should be your guide when it comes to rest days. If you can do Penis Enlargement everyday with no loss in EQ then I think that would bring about the fastest gains possible because of the constant accumilation of cellular deformation on a daily basis. A perfect example of this is the legendary DLD himself. In the beginning DLD would do Penis Enlargement through out the day everyday with no rest and look at what he has accomplished. Now if your EQ starts to suffer after so many consecutive days of Penis Enlargement then rest days should be implimented accordenly for EQ to stay good.

In my case I do Penis Enlargement through out the day 5 days a week Monday through Friday. By the time Friday hits my erection quality starts to decline so I take the weekends off for full recovery. However even on the weekends, I still do a few short light 5 minute sessions of manual stretching to keep tissues loose and extended. If I had it my way and my EQ never went down then I would Penis Enlargement everyday like DLD did.

KEEP IN MIND GUYS THAT THIS IS NOT GOSPenis EnlargementL OR ANYTHING. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION BASED ON MY STUDIES ON STRETCHING FORCES OF HUMAN TISSUE.
 
kingsnake great post. I believe someday the basis of Penis Enlargement will be similar to continuous traction devices to stretch ligaments etc. But there will be a difference...

The key is to do what Big Girtha and so many other say. Never let it turtle. Train throughout the day and keep it healthy and enlarged. Stop having orgasms as much as possible. Keep it warm inbetween sessions.

We understand the workouts in Penis Enlargement way more than the importance of heat, warmup, and especially post workouts. And intervals / amount of time before workout.
 
I agree. Good post your self Airshy. What you do after the Penis Enlargement session is just as important as the Penis Enlargement session its self. Keeping the dick engorged, expanded, or extended is extremely important to encourage healing and tissue remodeling in a non turtled or flaccid state.
 
Great thread guys! I'm in a little bit of a rut myself right now and I needed to hear this. I've just started clamping to increase intensity after taking squeezes as far as I could over the past six months. I have been spreading my routine up over the day and was concerned that it might be the wrong move. After reading this though it seems that I was just on the natural progression of things. Thank you for your concern for others and the inspiration to push forward and trust one's own instincts.

Yeah Doubledown. Spreading your Penis Enlargement workout throughout the day was a good move. As far as being nervious of it being to much just let your EQ be your guide for overtraining.

That's basically the line of thought I've preached in the past. In a nutshell, yep! Thumbs up bro!
