Is it better to focus on one or two powerful techniques such as multiple hours in the SG and a ton of jelqing or are you better off doing more excercises with less time dedicated to each such as the LM, multiple stretches, some hanging, jelqing, pumping etc. on a daily basis.

While I do a multi-prong approach it seems that long hours daily in the SG (which has been getting fabulous results from members lately) and alot of jelqing ... the tried and true building block of PE is the more effective approach.

Also, is it really possible to get length just from manual stretching or the LM? I know I get great stretching with the LM as I do 60 sets of 30 seconds but is that really stretching and breaking down the tissues enough for real growth?
 
well spending 25 to 30 mins in each exercise its ok i spend 25 to 30 whit the SSJ,15 mins whit some stretchings,and i continue whit the bathmate hardcore stretches they make me feel great l..takes me about an hour sometimes a bit more maybe an hour and a half ...but yeah i have experienced that i tried to have 4 exercises on my routine and the results arent great:p
 
Find what works for your body and apply the appropriate intensity is the ultimate key. I spent years going apeshit and applying boatloads of torque and power with some decent gains. I took a step away for a nice long period (8 months give or take), came back and applied the KISS philosophy and a smarter approach in terms of intensity. since that time all the previous gains i had not cemented are back and in less time and also recovery time has been drastically reduced.

you can find any exercise on the forms but what is your focus, is it length, girths, EQ intensity etc?

everybody is different, personally I believe in doing intense PE then getting recovery time. But if you are doing an SRT type routine you aim to stay stretched or engorged for as long as possible.
people also make gains with very minimal gear like just a cock ring or just an ADS, so find what exercises give you the best results and dig in i guess.

LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging combined with pumping is fine. ADS like the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger combined with LengthMaster use is fine. Hanging combined with LengthMaster is also fine.
