I understand that flaccid jelqing is not the primary length gaining exercise but any well-rounded length program should incorporated flaccid jelqs if not regularly then sporadically to "shock" the penis into growing.

But what are the mechanics behind flaccid jelqing which stimulates length whereas erect jelqing hits girth?

Well I suppose the fact that you're kind of pulling gently on your penis when you jelq flaccid. I made a quarter inch gain with flaccid jelqing in like 2 months time. I would only use that as a length exercise for beginners.

When you're flaccid you don't push any blood..because you have none....flaccid jelqing is more like stretching...erect jelqing ( or semi erect ) , you will push blood and that's why you work girth..but if you ask me,flaccid jelqing is useless unless you're a newbie.You don't apply enough intensity to make length gains...a manual stretching routine it's 10 times better for length than flaccid jelqing.

Intersting to hear as a few others have said the same. I never really considered the jelq as a length exercise but it makes sense in what you are saying. What did you switch to to make the rest of your gains?

Well I used to go to another PE forums forgot the name but JonPop was there and a famous guy for making a beginner routeine and it was a 90 day program where you just do regular stretches up down left right with kegels and jeqling then added side to side stretches and thats how i made like 1 inch and i made another .5 with __________/ erect stretching. So I haven't really done so many exercises but I have used maximum strength for most and my routine would take me 45 minutes at most, right now im on break so to say. I made 1.5 inch gain in around 8-10 months. It's been a couple of months since I've gained so I'm in search of a lengthmaster.
 
I think it is good as it provides constant stretching and tension, good way to ease yourself into hanging or extending.

It's true. It's one of the lightest of stretches possible for length gains. This is more likely to ease yourself into extending rather than hanging.

This is key to gaining and the reason the SizeGenetics does what it is supposed to do. High intensity stretches by LengthMaster or hand are an active state of gaining size. When you have accomplished a good workout, getting into your SizeGenetics is going to help seal and heal these gains (passive). The SizeGenetics is also an incredible tool for active PE when used at high intensity so it is the best of both worlds. The same logic applies to the Phallosan.
 
like kyomoto said its good for beginners, but imo if you have time to do a bunch of flaccid jelqs you might as well do hanging or fulcrum stretch or bundles or something more aggressive for length

SO can you explain why it would be a good idea to hop into some light SG stretching after clamping? Or would it be better to stretch first?

Length first, girth after but bundle stretches before both.

Yes. Length is going to be an easier time to gain and getting girth beforehand leaves your penis much harder to stretch as I've recalled others say.
 
Ok. Girth 2nd. I will start warming up and down for clamp training by using a cock ring. I will also use cock rings for sex, hit these bitches with my 5.6 EG (temp) as opposed to my 5.3EG hehehehe
 
Both you men, be sure to do a set of Bundled Stretches before both length and girth work. 5-10 minutes is plenty of time.

Yeah I'll do it in 20 days when my frenulum is healed :L
 
I think I can't aovid bundled stretching. I will deffo continue doing it in my SG once my skin has healed up.
 
I did some flaccid jelqing last night and it felt pretty productive. I think it is a good length exercise.

It is but also depends how hard you go. I'll have to start implementing it again when I start doing PE again which is soon! Very excited!
