Okay guys I've only been hanging for a short amount of time (no pun intended) and I think I've come up with a new hanging routine..!! I have an inversion table (see picture) which is for back pain etc and I was thinking instead of hanging straight down, what if I could hang in the erect position. BAM! Use the inversion table. It works really well and seems to stretch the inner penis as well as ligs.

Wont your head get filled up with too much blood and make you faint or something (I mean after the 5 minute mar) and you sohuld hang for hours a day... LMAO

Yes the weight is an issue and can be solved with a longer attachment. Also when completely upside down the back rest goes beyond vertical (on my model anyways) and you can create enough space that if it were to fall off it doesn't go near your head. It may bypass very close but again can be solved with a longer attachment. DLD mentions decompression of the spine for height gain and this is one way to do it so work ya junk at the same time. Blood does pool in your head but won't make you pass out and generally 20mins is the max amount of time you can do which makes for a perfect session.

I've done this twice now and no weight smashing my grill or passing out. I'll do three sets of 20mins with 2.5kg and then finish with one final set on the inversion table to round things off.

Keep it up and be sure to chart gains in height and pe. My Brother has the same inversion table. SRT uses mainly stretching as a way to get taller

I guess being busted doing PE would need some serious excuses, I live totally alone so I would never experience this, unless the police broke in while I was doing a heavy Slow Squash Jelq set...they may think my penis is a dangerous weapon and taze me:)

Hanging in that direction is going to load your tunica. From what I understand about hanging is that you only want to hit your tunica hard when you've maxed out your lig gains from hanging straight down. Anybody who hangs daily for an hour should be able to gain at least an inch hanging straight down first.

You can make a simple pull up type bar with pvc pipe and attach your weight to a rope attached to your hanger and drape it over the bar like a simple lever system.

If you get bored haging straight down you can shift the load from your ligs to your tunica in the middle of a set by bending over to stretch your mid/lower back or touch your toes. I understand the feeling of wanting to hit everything but when you start try to keep the majority of the load going one direction. It's like going to the gym and doing 20 different lifts for you triceps, shoulders, and chest when you can just bench press or overhead press. Who do you think has to do less work and reaps the most benefit from their workout? The guy who just focuses on one thing at a time.
