Been searching for all the info i could find before i ask another question on good old fluid retention.
My question is can you get fluid retention from jelqing? i get swelling just below my glans after i jelq for 600 reps, it isnt painful and i am not to concerned about it just trying to set up a routine around it.

My daily routine atm is.
10 mins stretching
2 x 1 hr size genetics sessions
600 jelqs
10 mins clamping.
Today i got my Bathmate so i will be adding that, aiming to do, 150 jelqs, 5 mins Bathmate x 4 reps

I find if i do girth work first the expansion or fluid retention? doesnt help for with the grip for stretching, sometimes i need to do girth work first as i watch and it is alot easier to do this when the wife is still at work

I think based on past experience, you should drop the jelqs in favor of another girth exercise which is much more efficient. Take your pick. ;) But yes, jelqing causes fluid retention and sometimes thrombosed veins.
