First, a DLD blaster question:
- DLD suggests we do 50 blasters. The first step in the description of the blaster is holding an upward stretch and pulsing 100 quick kegels. Is this to be repeated on each rep? In other words, do we do the 100 quick kegels for each of the 50 reps (for a total of 5000 quick kegels ?
So far I've been basically doing the newbie routine. I do three minutes of stretching in each direction (for 15 minutes total), followed by 300-600 wet jelqs, depending on how much time I have. I do this 7 days a week.
However, I want to incorporate the fabled DLD blasters into my routine, and propose the following:
1) 50 DLD blasters
2) 300-600 jelqs (again, depending on time).
Should the DLD blasters REPLACE the manual stretching entirely? As you can see, this routine does NOT involve any manual stretching, just the stretching of the DLD blasters. Is this sufficient?
