I'm kinda pissed I got a damn TV goin up from the left side from the base kinda to tha middle of my penis... I have still been doing my P.E it kinda hurts a little when I first start my jelq session but then doesn't hurt anymore i ve been doin this for bout a week now. Do u guys think I should stop and let it go away. I can deal with the pain I jst dnt wanna cause it to get worse... and I reminder to tha newbies of P.E warming up is very important I've been doin P.E for a couple years now and I should have known better

You will not lose anything that you wont get back immediately when you start again. Some even make better gains after a short break. You can continue with flaccid stretching through this but girth work you should hold off on until the vein settles down a bit.
 
Try concentrating on a kegel routine and supplements like L-arginine or the Titan pills might be useful to you at this time.
 
Took me about a month to get my t vein healed. I even had it return at around the 2 week mark from hard masturbation, because it wasn't completely gone. You should definitely lay off for a while. I did notice a shrinking in size, but that was mostly the swelling that I had from clamping, since I had been clamping almost every day. Now that im back at it, the size and swell is back to where it was before.
 
Just look at it as a time to gain length...girth can rest.

Anything is fine unless it aggravates your T-vein. Stretching flaccid is usually ok but in your case it is not working so stop stretching for now. Testicle health and kegels are fine.
 
unless it hurts its ok. I just got one a week and a half ago and have just been doing manuel stretches, SG, and LengthMaster and I think I am almost ok to start girth now.
