Dear Brothers, I have a small question and I really need your suggestions. I have a history of Sacral Chordoma since 2011. Since my surgery I was having a normal bearable mild lower back pain it was always stable. But since I have started P.E. (Manual, Extender and Bathemate) my back pain has increased.

Do you guys think P.E. is effecting my lower back? and if yes which precautions should I take. Also my penis size got smaller since my surgery as doctors said they have removed my lower back bone which is why empty space has been covered by my penis so I became to eager to grow my penis size.

I mean it's pretty heavy at this point, and if I turn too quickly the momentum of my swinging dick can throw me off balance so I can see how that might screw up your back.

Seriously though, I don't see how there could be any inherent correlation between PE and back problems.

Maybe if you do a lot of manual exercises sitting down, and you're slouched forward it could aggravate something.

Maybe if you have a habit of using poor posture when stretching. I have seen a guy here or there claim lower back issues (pre existing) being aggravated with heavy hanging. That was with over 30lbs and he was not using back support when hanging seated.

I remember that guy. It never really made sense to me but now knowing the weight I can understand. i always sat when hanging.

Well that's what I wanted to know, the idea... for me I think it happened while using extender as one have to be careful to not sit casually can't walk normally.... The pain was always there but it was mile but I think being stiff while wearing the extender has increased it.... Just a thought

I would personally think that an extender would not exert enough tension to cause or contribute to back pain.

Not even close. I would say back pain would start in the 40+ pound area while Hanging.

I used to have back pains during my girth sessions and it made me stopped training for a very long time. Now I've resumed training and I also found a way to avoid back pain. Here is what I do, I pump to max pressure and then I lay on the bed with my back and then I hold my phone watching with it. Back pain gone.

well for me I am using Extender and Manual exercises only... so while using extender I feel back pain... yes It does relate to my medical condition... but it increases when I use extender cause you have to be stiff and not comfortable while wearing extender I guess that is the issue..
Anyway I am still continuing cause growth is more important for me then back pain...:p

Get yourself a length master and combine it with the extender for your workouts. You can reduce the hours spent on the extender. If you have the length master you can use it for bundles for at least 30 minutes daily.

Indeed! Good Advice.

Also, keep in mind that with the LengthMaster all stretches can be done Bundled.

I have been experience with back pain when I have been used extender. I have been diagnosed with a tightness posa muscle (I am unable to confirm this unless if I find my condition is improving so I would be able to confirm) which caused the back pain, hard flaccid, loss of erections...etc. It can also be a pelvic floor muscle issue so you need to get check up with a physiotherapy who specialist in pelvic floor area.

I can only speak for myself. I have suffered from Sciatica nerve pain because I pumped with extreme pressure with the bathmate. The pains normally last for 7 days and when it starts, I stop pumping. It is the reason why I haven't gotten to my girth goal till today. I'm not the only person that has complained about this pain. I've seen another guy on this forum who complained too and he also shared his solution with me.

What is working for me now is, using a pump like the mityvac that has a gauge and do not go passed the 5hg to 7hg mark on the gauge and also listen to your body.

I believe with time, whatever tissue in your body that is causing that pain will adjust and the pains will stop. When the pains stop, still make sure you don't go pass the 7hg mark on the cause. Throw the bathmate in your trash bin and get the mityvac.

I normally suffer from the pains after 30 days of pumping and back then, I do feel a slight pain while pumping because the pressure was too high.

Solution to the problem, like I said, do not go passed 5hg to 7hg and also do not pump for more than 5mins each set.

Redzulu said no one should pump more than 7hg which I've found to be true. Take my advice and the pains will stop gradually.
