I have been using a cock l ring after pumping. It's snug but alot of times it seems after some use I'll turtle up and it's too big and not hold the expansion after maybe an hour.But it feels like it's tight on it and leaves an indention as to wear It was.. Is this a sign my ring isn't tight enough?

Your cock ring should be tight enough to slow the blood flow,but not tight enough to stop it,if your dick is starting to become purple-ish / blue-ish color,and it's cold,it's too tight.

I used the 3 cock rings I bought whilst clamping. EQ wasn't 100 % and I didn't want to take viagra so I wrapped up thick (strip of towel, strip of t shirt) with my usual clamp. Only this time, right above it, I positioned all of my cockrings. They helped increase EQ. Probably by trapping the blood. Needless to say I was looking big in today's clamping sessions. I'm deffo going to use cockrings whilst clamping and after post workout.

Was looking swollen afterwards in the SG, going to go back in it, I'm tying to incorporate SRT into my training. Also doing bundled stretches before all PE activity!

Is a cock ring just like more of a supplementary item for girth gains or is it like a core product to have?

I think it's important to girth....you need a cock ring for healing...so for girth gains,having a bathmate and a cock ring is vital imo

. Other than that,i don't really used a cock ring..some will use it when their EQ is down,but i want to make my EQ better naturally,not using a cock ring,i feel like cheating

It's because a cock ring will enable the penis to remain in an engorged state, increasing the time under expansion.
