Hey RED, ive been doing the clamped erect stretches and i have couple of things i need help with,
one thing i noticed while doing erect stretches is that i get pretty good expansion grth wise its pretty crazy , but im not sure if im really getting a good stretch , i feel it at the root of the base right by were the perenium is like between the legs , is that good?
and how tight do you squeeze the grip hard or should it just be a light grip pulling?
thanks im really starting to think the the best way to gain anything is clamped exercises period.
last question , its the most important to me, becaus i get all this great expansion from 5'' to 5.5 even six some time but im not sure if its really expansion becaus i gain girth so akward like i could never really tell if its working,
so this is what happens when i first start usualy when i calmp i get all veiny and hard but by the end of the girth session i cant see the veins any more and im very plump soft or squishy if i can call it that!
lol is this expansion ? the reason i ask is becaus ive never gotten this kind of expansion befor!!! its awsome. thnks for your time and knowledge of clamping ,i appreciate it!

You could always just do a set of Erect stretches after the entire routine to secure the days work.

Expansion is all about pressure and manipulation...while erect or a bit less really practice ballooning, squeezing, edging and flattening your erection, under that much pressure it has no choice but to expand. SLow Squash Jelqs will also be advisable.

If your uncut I recommend you retract the foreskin and grip beneath that approx 1/2 inch for the stretch. Much better and you dont have all the skin being pulled at the base, this is how I have always stretched since 08/09.
That feeling in the base root is a good sign but is it more skin or internal? I use the tightest grip I can because I stretch the hardest I can for the longest time I can. You may feel like your glans will snap off :) seriously, you are pulling right underneath that thing with the skin back if uncut and so it feels odd but it will not come apart as a ligament is keeping it joined to the main body of the penis, so in theory you could as-well be lengthening that as well.

I have found nearly anything done clamped is much more productive. The penis is a circulation high way, it lives and breaths on circulation so when its expanded and engorged more then usual this is like taking a normal man and kitting him out in Armour like a medieval knight. Much more powerful.

Yes what your seeing is expansion :) you have expanded your penis from 5 to 5.5 sometimes 6 inches and that is expansion. This often fades away quickly at first and can be disheartening but with regular exposure to it, the effects last linger and longer. The erection is harder and less squeeshy. That squeeshyness is good and something I look for myself after a session, it shows me that I have expanded it as much as possible ... its not fluid, hard to explain in words but from feeling around the penis layers with my fingers I can feel the tunica and then two more layers under that and when I have had a good session one of those layers is always more squeesy, or better word for it could be inflamed.
 
YES, thats awsome i knew it was expansion ! , it had to be . i cant wait till i cement it!

i have a picture where i have a 15 cm girth. after super sets of ssj Bathmate. edging and clamping (yeye sometimes i go nuts, if you don't want mediocre results don't work medicre!)

it is only for a while the it goes back. but your body is extremely good at adjust to whatever it experiences. the key is to find the balance where you get this expansion enough for growth to happen and without issues or overworking.

Yeah bro preach it! I'm getting more, and more resilient to overworking . I rarely get fatigue nowadays XD, but when I do its welcome x10:cool:
 
ive not trained girth in a week, due to get freaky ass expansion!
 
You probably will get more expansion. The other time I trained like five days in a row, but then had to take a day off. Next morning best boner/session ever.

felt great! Did girth today and yesterday.

Slowly working my intensity up in the BM to prevent any mishaps.
