I never tried them myself as far as erections are concerned but some big names here swear by pistachios.

They are expensive so that was my main reason for not trying. I will have my Mother get me some when they are on sale and give it a go.

Yeah, I can go to certain places like my Mothers house, my Sons house, StarBucks but that is about it. When I need to travel I have to have LIGHTNING with me to help. I have learned to navigate my way through life with this disability and my family helps me a lot.

Understandable, my girl is the same. Except it's more over a large crowd variant where too many people makes her uncomfortable.

It does not take yeas to cemenet...if you follow the SRT you can cemenet gains in terms of months.

Any gains can be cemented as long as you stay consistent for up to a 1 year period and follow SRT
