Most likely no..there may be some freaks of the nature out there,but most of the guys will still have 0.10-0.25 fatpad even at very low body fat..but it doesn't matter,a 0.25 fatpad is like non-existing.

it's true, what hurts me isn't my fat pad but my curve. so my BPEL is my true length with the curve straightened out

I do bundles before any pe work.

SG with VLC? Bundles before.
Clamping? Bunles before.

That's why i always say twist it like tortellini. Losens the rigid tunica.Being a chemist and coming from a chemistry background I like to see the structure of the tunica to that of a metal.


1) the tunica is so rigid it's structure is like latice
2) when loosened it charges gains - like free electrons gaining positive charges
