Do you guys think masturbation will hinder or hurt PE gains in the long run? Personally I have been masturbating like crazy for the past two weeks. It seems when I stop masturbation my night and morning woods vanish without a trace.

But every time I get off my EQ is back in action the next day and my night and morning woods are back to normal again. I have been told to masturbate only once or twice a week but I have been getting off like three or four times during a week. I remember reading a PE thread about how if you don't use it you lose it. This guys suggest that masturbation can help EQ and testosterone levels as well.

Do you guys think masturbation can help EQ as far as night and morning woods and should I cut down on masturbation?

Masturbation kills my zeal to do PE so I try to limit it especially for pumping. Once a week is good.

I can relate now as I’m much older now! I notice a big drop in EQ from too much masturbation. But I still believe if you don’t use it you lose it so healthy masturbation must be practice such as edging and ejaculation frequency.

I can still get off 3 times a day, but that’s too much for me and eq is terrible if done.
