Hey all,

I have been doing PE routines since approximately 2011, and have had some great success so far, but have yet to reach my goal.
A little bit of history:

original BPEL = 5.75"
Current BPEL = 7.25"

I originally gained my first inch by doing 2 hours per day of stretching with the size genetics extender, which was great, until I hit a 6 month plateau. I proceeded to take a deacon break afterwards, then went to manual stretching. I eventually got my length up to 7.25" after about a year.

I have now been stuck at 7.25 inches for 5 months and have no idea on how to break this plateau:

My current routine - 4 days per week. on, on, off, on, on, off, off repeat

Warm up with heating pad for 10 minutes
First I uli in 1 minute intervals and add time in ways of more sets by 10 seconds each session (I am up to 5 x 1 minute sets after 5 weeks)
Tension stretches 10 seconds each and best angle starting at ten stretches and adding 1 every session (I am up to 19 per session)
Edge for 20 minutes

Does anyone know what I should change to progress? (I dont want to use an extender or hanging as it takes me too much time) I am open to buying another bathmate if it's the best way. Currently I am only concerned about length and I want to up it to 7.5" short term and 8" as a long term goal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I thought of ordering the X40 hydromat as well, but am unsure if this would help my length any better than manuals.
 
try hanging with a lm and continue with the newbie routine with the lm youll have way more intensity then you had before so that plateu can be broken id also start up with that sg agaiin to keep yourself streched longer and cememnt gains quicker , make sure your max tension you can also replace the srpings to get more tension ... there is a routine right here that dld made that also includes the bathmate for length gains here it is http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...kout-everyone-check-out.html?highlight=1+inch hope this info helps

Thanks for the advice. I would try all of this if I had the free time, however I work full time and the ads is not feasible. I had found in the past an ads such as Jims wrap didn't do anything for me in terms of size.

How much time would you start with on the length master, it how is it better than manual stretching?
 
Maybe if you tried focusing even more on getting your ligs really warm. Lets say long shower or hot bath.

Stretch until fatigue is evident locate the ligs that are more tense and give them extra attention.

When you get a nice long hang from stretching, finish up with exersises focused towards inner penis stretching.

if time is an issue, then you could maybe try hanging at a heavy weight for a short period of time, then manual stetches to stratch even further. e.g. it could look something like this:

warmup
1x15min hanging
50 dld blasters
3 sets manual stretches
ujw

as far as im aware you dont need to do loads of time hanging, just get a heavy stretch in then ride it out with the other exercises and the ujw

I suggest a 30 minute session everyday but you can adjust this to your preference. LengthMaster stretching is way, way, way more powerful than any other type of stretching. Every man that has reviewed it has had only excellent feedback on it's function. Get yourself one and see the gain come in big time.

As far as a ADS have you looked into the VLC? I also work full time in a job that requires a lot of walking, bending, driving, standing,sitting ect. you name it I have to do it and I wear the VLC all day, 12 hrs + with just bathroom breaks. I wear it with really good tension as well. It is virtually unnoticeable. I wear jeans at work and unless you wear "painted on" jeans nobody could tell and even if they noticed just a little something it looks like you've got a monster hanging there but again it's very unnoticeable. I have had it slip off different times even in front of people (who never even noticed) due to maybe too much tension or get in a bind but because I wear it with the leg strap it just slides down a little and hangs there til I get to go to the bathroom and reapply it which takes about 5 seconds. I put it on right after my stretch routine and can hold a good stretch all day long afterwards. I've only been consistent with it for a month but I can already see a difference in my flaccid hang which is a precursor for erect gains. Also it's a pretty cheap alternative for an ADS. Just my thoughts anyway.
Almost forgot, it's a really good mod to wear with the SG as well. Makes it so much more comfortable to wear it longer.

This intrigued me. I warm up quite extensively as it is, however I have not done any inner penis stretching. How is this accomplished? Bathmate?

Hmmm, I'll have to look into buying one of these and the Hydromax X40 (I outgrew my hercules).
DLD what are your thoughts on everyday vs. having rest days? I also frequent other forums such as PEGym (I actually have no bias on the forums and love this place :)) and it seems they promote more rest days for gains, i.e. 4 days per week max type of thing.

IVEADREAM, that sounds like an interesting idea. I did have the VLC tugger component on the SG for awhile, and I actually found it less comfortable. I do know even in baggy jeans a person could see the SG, not to mention I would walk funny lol!

I like the idea of no rest, 7 day a week workouts but for some men this is too much, in these cases I suggest men drop one day out at a time until they find the best routine for them. Some men do gain better with rest while others do not need it. I think 5 on 2 off is good for most guys so they can have their weekend free. There are many opinions on this and I think it is because everyone is different.

for me going by feel seems to be the best, and i just take a day off when i feel my dick need a bit of a rest

That is always the best method this way you are not stuck in a routine with off days when you feel fully capable to train.

The length master is what is going to break the plateau. Get yourself one as soon as possible. It's time to hit the penis with some intense bundled stretches.
