And this is the reason we see injury after injury in clamping. This is not hysteria nor do I have anything against clamping or I would not have a clamping forum in the Brotherhood.
Ya, that is actually very true, i guess injuries are more common than i thought, but its usually newbies that jump straight into them lol
it's like hanging, it could be dangerous if your inexperienced or just an idiot. lol

That's the target XD! I know my way around clamps quite well, but I always use extra caution when I do my stunts. Some sensations can seem alien at first, but are part of the show while others are direct signs from the lord that you must stop. Always use common sense brothers don't be an idiot XDXD

Yeah newbies aren't aware of the possible injuries that come with clamping and needs to be given more emphasis so they can take caution.

Anyone attempting clamping needs to read through RedZulu's Clamping Thread. You can also look to StillWantMore. The thing is if you are not careful and you attempt clamping you could be left with an injury. Be careful with the cock, you got only one.

i had just started clamping and went to do a squeeze and a nickel sized blood drop came out of the glans, then another smaller one.
i tried squeezing the glans and another drop came out and that was it.
i could still stay hard but the spongiosum completely emptied.
Not sure why?
hopefully its just the trauma and once healed it will get erect fine again.
when i first closed the clamp, i felt something weird at the base, but it wasnt until i squeezed the blood came.
after jerking off for a bit to make sure im not completely unable to stay hard, i came and there was no blood on the semen, so thats good i hope.
anyone else ever have blood come out the glans from the shaft?
if so what did you do?

Sometimes I get a weird feeling at the base when I attach the length master for my expressive stretching session but it doesn't hurt and I haven't seen any blood. Hopefully, it will remain this way.

I think clamping is way to dangerous to do. The risk of thrombosis is to great. If you get DVT (Deep Vain Trombosis) you risk getting permanent damaged in your body (brain, heart, lungs...etc). Not worth it!

Just use the: Girth Program: 5x5x3 instead. Much safer.

Clamping and EU's are extremely high risk. This is for very advanced PEers who have a great deal of experience doing girth work.
You have to be in touch with your body, to know your limits. It takes experience to master it.
Once you get to a certain level, and are ready to try clamping or EU's, you have to start out slowly and with extreme caution. You have to get a feel for how your body is responding, and react accordingly. You have to be on high alert, because things can go wrong very quickly under such high pressure.

I will tell you all a quick story.

For those of you who don't know, EU's, or Extreme Uli's, are similar to clamping, except you are using flexible PVC tubing and a hose clamp to tighten down. Anyway, I had bought a screwdriver to tighten and loosen the hose clamp.

One day, I was on my second 10-minute set. My shaft looked and felt like it was about to burst, and it was time to remove the device, at around the 8 minute mark. So I went to reach for my screwdriver that I would keep on my bed. I ran my hand over the bottom part of my mattress where it was supposed to be, but it wasn't there. I quickly jerked my comforter off of my bed to find the screwdriver. It was nowhere in sight. At this point, my mind automatically went into survival mode. I knew I was in very serious trouble, and I couldn't think straight. My heart was literally pounding, like it was about to burst out of my chest. The adrenaline rush was in full effect. In a moment of clarity, I looked towards the end of my mattress, where it intersected with my wall. The screwdriver was hidden in that little space between the edge of my mattress and my wall. Somehow it made its way there.
I grabbed the screwdriver and got the device off as quickly as I could, which took more time than usual, because my hands were literally shaking the whole time. When I got that thing off, I quickly checked to see if I still had feeling, to see if everything was fine. Thankfully, everything was okay.
Those were the scariest 20 seconds of my entire PE career.
That was the last time I ever did EU's.

Thanks for sharing your story brother.
Glad everything was okay.
Sounds like it was from a scary movie.

This was very scary to read. I will never do this exercise.

It was very scary. I remember a couple of days later, I purchased the ThickerMan clamp (I think that's what it's called, it was a long time ago), and never looked back.
Usually, when you have a bad experience with something, it is hard to do it again. With clamping, you have better control, and do not need a screwdriver. But you still have to be extremely careful.
Shortly after using the clamp, I wanted to get back into hanging. Compression hanging and clamping do not go hand in hand, there are many issues that can arise. So I dropped clamping completely. Through EU's, I made a permanent 0.25" gain. Length is more important to me, so I will get back into clamping in the future, when I have reached my goals through extending, which is what I am now doing. I still have my clamping device after all these years.

will get back into clamping in the future
Isn't it safer to pump and do manual girthwork you think? Why risk complications with clamping. For me the thought of DVT (Deep Vain Trombosis) scares me big time.

I'm working on length now as well, when I will start girthwork I will probably get the MITYVAC pump system from MOS. I have the Bathmate pumps, but the "gator" 🐊 get me bad sometimes. But I love Bathmate pumps anyway.

Any form of PE carries risk. With EU's and clamping, you have to be extra cautious, and start slowly, but the upside of it is that it does not require much work, and is pretty much hands-free.
So it depends on what you prefer, and what risks you are willing to take.
Guys have made some pretty amazing gains with clamping over the years.
However, I would not recommend it to newbies.
