Hello guys, first time poster here.

Firstly id just like to say thanks to all of your posts/threads as i have learned a lot from you in a small period of time. I bought my Bathmate almost 4 months ago but ive been doing it all wrong. No Penis Enlargement and i knew nothing about water retention. Better late than never i guess though. Unfortunately im working a lot recently and dont have too much time to search the forum for answers to my questions so i thought id sign up, leave a post and hopefully get some first hand advice from you fine chaps.

At the minute my routine is 5 mins jelqing, 5 mins pumping x3. I have been entering both flacid and erect. I easily hit 180 and can pump to 195 but im more comfotable at 185/190. Im not that concerned about my erect state, it's the flacid state that worries me. I messured myself today and my length is 4.4 and my girth is 1.2 (inches). Erect im 6.8. I know this is roughly average but i feel for me this is too small.

Now then, here's the problem. Ive been single for ages so my confidence isnt at it's highest, but i somehow managed to get a date with a girl from work who ive liked from day one. I know from speaking to her that she has had way more experience than me when it comes to sex, and that has made me even more worried. The last thing i want to do is mess this this up and although she doesnt come across as they type who would dump the second she thought i was 'too small' i still dont want to take the risk.

So i guess im looking for tips on how to improve my current routine and achieve lasting gains the quickest way possible. I know that it takes time, but at least if i can be working on it while im still in the early stages with this girl. Also what is the best lubrication to use while jelqing?

Use a water based lube to jelq. You can get a huge bottle cheap on amazon. At 6.8 you will be in the upper half of guys she has been with, you will be fine. The best thing you can do to make quick but temp gains is your supper sets withe the jelq and Bathmate. Try to jelq erect and go into Bathmate erect. You will get even better expansion. Also do some manual stretches before you start your super sets.

Another question, will a good diet (lots of protein etc..) and exercise/working out make a difference?

First of all, a good exercise is somewhat essential to a bigger and better penis, in my opinion. And losing the fat pad will bring out your cock more, if you have some fat pad. (I sure do ... Working on it!)

Great info, thanks man. One thing i dont understand though is PC Muscle Fitness/Kegal Squeezes, could you explain this for me please?
 
If you get a boner and make your dick lift up even higher for a second this is done with your pc muscle. If you have a boner and you then push more blood into so that you see your glans swell up for a second this is pc muscle. If long this over and over is good for eq and can make your orgasm more intense. I always do these when I'm in Bathmate to push in more blood and get as much expansion as possible.
 
Jdcsd said it well. One way to find your PC muscles is to stop your urine flow while peeing. That's the easiest tip I can give you. But don't start doing this while urinating, just when your finding out your muscles.
In the beginning it's easiest to lie down, relax and just concentrate on those PC muscles. After a while you can notice it's easy to do them about anywhere. At least the short ones.

It's best to do first these short ones. Then advance to longer squeezes, 3-5 seconds. In the end you can keep even 1 minute kegels, but as said, it's a muscle, so let it rest as well!
Also learn to do reverse kegels, as in push out your PC muscles. But reverse kegels, to my knowledge, are usually just short squeezes.

Thanks guys. Ive now including kegels into my routine. Also been doing random jelqing sessions when ive had a bit spare time. I seem to be struggling with recovery though. Ive noticed since i 'upped my game' so to speak, when using the Bathmate ive been getting a lot more red stretch marks near the base of my penis and ive also noticed some overall discolouration. Not a pretty sight, especially to a women. Im also struggling with my diet as my work pattern is making it hard for me to stick to certain meal times. Would protein shakes and say cod liver oil tablets help with my recovery?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
