I got my Bathmate X-40 on the 14th, and so far, I've been impressed. My first reaction was that this seems pretty powerful. My second reaction was, this is going to take some time. This isn't going to grow me overnight, but this is a very easy to use and powerful tool.

One thing that I like about it over other devices is that it is so easy to use. You don't need any lube or anything, and you don't need ���� or anything to keep stimulated; the pump itself will keep you engorged. Also unlike an air pump that I had, it doesn't have any skin dig around the edge of the tube, since the Bathmate has that soft ring.

I also like that it's a more passive method of Penis Enlargement, meaning you can just put it on, pump it, and relax in the bath. It's nice since I work a pretty strenuous job, and often in the past I got sidetracked from Penis Enlargement since I got back from work...and didn't want to do more work. You can just chill with this, do Kegels in the Bathmate, or just space out and unwind.

My log so far:
Dec 14: 15 minutes
Dec 15: 30 minutes
Dec 17: 15 minutes
Dec 18: 50 minutes, rest then 15 more minutes -- more on this in a bit
Dec 23: 20 minutes
Dec 24: 20 minutes

I start the time count after I'm pumped to the max. That one day that I did a 50 minute set was too much. I got a lot of fluid buildup and had trouble getting hard afterwards, and I won't be doing that again. 30 minutes is really more than anyone needs in my opinion -- this is a marathon, not a sprint. After 20-30 minutes, I have no problem at all getting an erection.

Goals

What I'm going to do to keep on track is not base my goals on gains, because that has gotten me frustrated in the past when they don't come. I'm going to instead base my goals on the exercise itself, and make my goal to do 20 minutes every day plus a Kegel routine. I'm going to do a progress evaluation every month, so my first one will be on January 22.
 
Congratulations on your Bathmate and I am very happy that you are impressed thus far. As you have found out, being too overzealous you will get retention but if you work smart you will not. What I suggest you do is try the DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters, this routine will allow you to train for very long periods with no fluid build up and excellent expansion.
 
Dec 26: 20 minutes. Noticed after pumping when I measured that I was a bit over the 7 inch mark. I've usually been around 7 inches exactly. I'm thinking that .25 inches within a month is a reasonable goal that I'll try to hit.

I think that is perfectly realistic. This is the goal I would set for myself, .25" a month. It was realistic and easy to stay motivated on.
 
nice!, so do you do only 1 x 20 minute session a day? do you do anything after such as putting on a cock ring to keep the blood in there?

My routine is pretty regimented, I will do some light pre-pumping to warm things up and get the expansion happening. After a 2 minute warmup I then start my sets and here s what they look like (you can do less if you desire)

10 Minutes Bathmate (pumping at full pressure)
5-10 Minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs

Jan 2: 30 minutes. Didn't notice much fluid buildup at all today.

Jan 9: 30 minutes
Jan 12: 20 minutes
Jan 15: 30 minutes while on generic Cialis, followed by 30 minutes of clamping

So today, I tried half a pill of some generic Cialis that I got my hands on while pumping. I noticed that I didn't lose any erection quality at all when I pulled out of the pump, so I threw on some clamping later. After the pump, I did notice some length gains, but the real gains were in girth.

It looks like I'm still on track to gain a quarter inch by the end of the month. My intermediate-term goal is to get up to 8 inches in length. I don't have a specific girth goal, but I'll take whatever comes.

Jan 27: 20 minutes

So I haven't been too consistent lately. Free time has been hard to come by lately...gotta get focused...good news though, I've been able to get pretty consistent now at or just a bit above the 200 mark in the tube. I'll take some measurements soon. I may be a bit behind on my goal, but hopefully next month will be less stressful.
 
Sometimes life is like that, Penis Enlargement will always be here so do what you have to do and get back on schedule.
