well its not like i dont keep daily log...i write it in book instead of here....now i will write here instead of book so you guys can correct me on daily basis if i am doing something wrong

That is awesome that you are keeping a written log and this will benefit you in many ways similar to keeping a log here. The biggest difference is you will have the whole Brotherhood looking at your progress thread and this will give you tons of advice and support, plus as you gain others will be able t use your methods. The last reason is accountability, something we all need. Being accountable to the Brotherhood puts some positive pressure on us to stick with it and accomplish that which we desire.
