Hey all, so I picked up a new BM herc last week (through your mos link ;) ) thought id share my impressions.

Im pretty new to the PE game, tried it a little bit a few yrs back but not long enough. after finding out about the bm decided to give it a go as I've never been satisfied with my size (currently 5.5L x 4.25G)

so last week I was only able to get in 2 sessions, following what I've read here i did the 5 on 5 off routine for 4 sets no jelqing yet just let it rest and some gentle stretch/ massaging during the down time. got it pumped up to between 130-140. 140 at max. could deff feel the pulling sensation most of the time. pretty strong at times. noticed about a .25 gain in G after the first use, not too bad. didn't really gain any length but I'm deff a grower not a shower so wasn't expecting too much there right off the bat.
though i realized after the 140 mark on the bm measures in at around 7inches (i now it compresses somewhat but still! lol) so at least while its in there its getting stretched pretty good.

Fri,Sat,Sun wasn't able to use it started back again yesterday. this time i started with about 30-40mins of edging and about 5mins of the ft long stretch i seen on here. (tricky but can manage it lol) then again did the 5 on 5 off. this time though i hit 150! for 3 of the 4 sets. really!? 10mm just like that? lol i credit that to the edging I'm guessing lol still really encouraging to see. did some more edging and stretches that night. today i did another 30mins of edging and 5mins of the ft long stretch again before doing the bm routine. no 150 today back down to the 135-140 mark, guess i was just better warmed up yesterday.

haven't really had any pain yet. just the strong pulling sensation at times, feeling the burn per say. so far this week yesterday and today after each 5min set when i take it off i notice my dick is darker in colour like an artificial bruising, purpleish in spots but fairly even overall, i take it this is a sign its working as a few secs of gently massaging and stretching it gets rid of it right away. otherwise no red spots or anything like that.

so far so good though I've already noticed my staying power keeping it up has increased it feels. I also noticed my foreskin seems to be stretching since when flacid now there seems to be more of a build up lol (I'm circumcised) makes sense tho that the skin would be "growing" faster than the muscles lol

Discoloration is normal don't worry, just make sure you are getting good circulation down there and the color will lighten up
 
Great review Adam! It sounds like you are getting everything you can out of the BathMate and this means quick gains. As far as discoloration goes, take a preventive stance in this by sticking with shorter sets of the BathMate super-setter with SLowSquashJelqs, this really helps keep discoloration at bay and increases expansion of tissue high. You could also look at the ACV Thread that gives direction to correcting color but I think it will also be preventive of the discoloration too.
 
Apple cider who knew lol that's intersting I'll keep it in mind. So far it's only showing some discolouration right after I take the BM off and is only there momentarily a few secs of massaging it and it's gone. So far it hasn't come back after the fact. I've read about the slow squash's is there a good tutorial floating around here like a video to show how there done?

This is completely normal and is NOT discoloration, it is simply a temporary change in color due to the pressure being used. Here is a video explaining SlowSquashJelqs
 
Glad you like the BM adam. thanks so much for sharing. just remember take it slow. it's good you havent had as much time to do it since you are just beginning. to often people do it to many times in a day and to many days in a row.

Good to know and thx for the link I'll check it out. How often would you say is good to do it, each time I use the BM. Just follow the 5 on 5 off routine?

Slow for sure, I can see why people would want to do it more than once a day you wanna see those gains as quick as possible but I'm for sure not about injuring my manhood lol I'd be too worried of injury going too much so Im perfectly fine playing it safe lol

Yes, that is all you will need to do to see amazing gains. Once a day with the 5x5x3 is plenty of time to cause great expansion. After your workout you will see the difference immediately. This temporary expansion is so good that it allows for much faster permanent expansion. There is no better workout for girth.

5x5x3 meaning 3 sets of 5 mins correct? I've been doing 20mins per session so guess it would be 5x5x4

This is the best girth routine anyone can do, so simple but extremely effective.
 
Hey been away for a bit had some stuff come up so haven't been exercising these past 2 weeks or so, getting back into it tonight.

While doing the SSJ what do you find is more effective, pushing into the body to get the "squish" or with the base clamped with your hand pulling out to get the "expansion" forcing the blood to the tip instead of squashing it to the base?

I've been doing it were you squish to the base but tried it the other way tonight and seemed just as effective and alittle easier to do. But then again doing it that was kinda negates the term squash in the name and becomes more like a regular jelq lol

I personally like to push from both directions so the expansion happens from top and bottom. With a full penis and a grip at the extreme base and just below the head I can cause some insane expansion.
