whassup yall,
right now i want to make huge girth gains but i dont know much about girth cause these 2 almost 3 years i wanted only length
my problem is this i have a lot of time to pe and i want to make major girth gains but i dont know if i should drop the length work for better eq
this first week i did newbie routine stretching then jelqing and went up to 300 jelqs
i plan on doing clamping plus manual work
but if i do nothing after in my free time i feel like i could be missing out on thos gains
do you think its right not to do to much length when trying to gain girth faster and what was your experience with girth gains did you gain more girth just focusing on girth
 
For me, I'm concentrating on length only for now. A lot of people have the luxury to do both girth and length in one day but for me, it doesn't work that way because both exercises requires different level of concentration. What's your current length and what is your length goal? I suggest you concentrate on one exercise at a time. Just my 2 cents.
 
I platued girth so I had to train length to gain again, but in your situation doing length for 3 years straight focusing on girth for awhile could be really good. I think the bathmate is the best girth tool so if you can afford it order one and do one 10-20 min session a day plus the jelqs you are doing

yeah i already have a bathmate but some say girth is ganed easier with clamping
 
I find from my own experience, focusing only on length or girth is best. I am more focused and I do get better results.

i have been doing girth n lenght but yeah lenght can be a bit easier than girth...n having the skills to focus on both is not that easy:p
 
I frequently do both in the same day but even if I am just focusing on length I always do about 10 minutes of jelqing or clamping after my length session or I will use the bathmate. It's good to get blood going after length work. Kegels during any pe work is also good.

I agree with tb007 here. I like doing both as well. I have also gained base girth from hanging and hardcore length work. Both length and girth work tend to help each other in gains.

Yup, any kind of heavy downward stretching will always increase the base of the penis.

I think super set is the best way for pumping with SSJ 5 minutes in between sets. Try doing the 10 X 3 routine.

I believe this is true if you can only focus for so long. Or if you are limited on time. A good workout for just length or girth is better than a half fast workout of both length and girth.

SRT is the best place to find these types of important information. Pumping for 20 minutes straight will never give the same, positive expansion seen with the 5x5x3 routine. 5 minutes of pumping is enough to cause positive expansion at which point you do 5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs which help further the expansion while reducing any fluid build up. This is usually done 3x for the best results. If you feel able you can add sets but I would start with three sets for now.

I focused on length first and gained 2.25 inches before adding pumping to the mix. You might want to follow my lead.
