hello brothers,
i am just curius and making sure if i am doing pe in the right way. i hope you guys answer my questions :)
first of all i have a circumcised penis which makes pe harder ....
my routine is like this:
10 mins warm up.
10 min normal stretching.
then 1 hour extender with vlc tugger tho i am not sure it can be done with circumcised penis ( i can post a picture tho ).
then taking off extender and do 5 min break, then 2 min normal stretching.

i do that over and over for like 3 times a day. ofc i warm down after i am done for the day.
what u guys think about my routine? am i going to get good length? thats what i am aiming at .

also btw i heard that kegel can help me get better erection because my erection is very weak, i have so much trouble during sex, what u guys thunk i should do about it? quit jerking off? do kegels or what else?

btw i searched over the internet to find a video about kegel but i cant find a video ... its much easier for me to understand. can someone please show me in video? :)

jerkin off is fine
but don't go beyond 70-85% arousal
you want to keep as much blood pumped in your balls and shaft, and get as hard as when you are getting close to cum, but don't cum - if you cum, leave it for the day
Kegel and jelq while doing this... the aim is to get as hard as a rock. When you do this, it isn't so much jerkin as EDGING.
and BREATHE deep belly breaths, every other minute - erections need Nitrous Oxide, and NO needs Oxygen to be oxidised; solid erections need a good supply of oxygen.


In the photo you attached...why have you put the tugger on that dog?

Being circumcised is actually easier to do pe than someone who is uncircumcised. Are you currently using the SizeGenetics with the VLC Tugger or is this something you plan to do?

this is my new routine!
i started doing 1 hour with max tension i can do... it hurts a bit actually .
and the 2 hours for a less tension.
but idk if i can get gains fast doing that.. should i add something else to my routine?
 
Thwrestling no right or wrong way to pe all people gain differently from.different routine but there are certain mechanics that you should keep in my when doing your exercises to get the most oUT of every workout . Anyways I'm back to perfectly stopped for 2 months+ with erectile problems I'm still wai it ng for the cause which is definateky psychological but skrew it I'm getting the results soon and th ey gave me viagra now I crave the 10/7 again I'm grow my dick once more I'm 8.5 rn but I may be back to 5.5 gir th again I'll find out tommroow when I achieve a 100% erection with the lady and some viagra my erections are hard to explain but most definateky am not impotent and sorry for posting here on my both laptop and computer I get virus / po pups on the main site for some reason but not on the mobile , I'm going to do jelqing / stretchin g for now whenever I'm in shower takin g my time to progress this time around I'm looking for be massive but I don't mind how lon gb it takes as long as I can maintain normal erections constantly

There really is no limit to stretching, it would depend on how your penis feels because the ligaments can start to hurry after a while and rest may be important. I would try stretching daily first and if it is too much trim it down a day at a time.
 
yeah stretchings are important but in my case i exercise at night and most of the time im exhausted and bored and no motivated at all and sometimes i dont stretch, gets really boring...
 
As a newbie i would use the extender on the smallest tension and start progressing into more hours instead of more tension. Penis enlargement is more like a marathon than a 100m sprint.

yeah it makes pumping and stretching harder :/ I wish I could get rid of it when I'm PE'ing an then just have it back , put it in a deposit box or something :D
