I've been investing time into PE for about 6 months now and I admit, my first four months had a lack of consistency along with a weak routine. However the past two months I've been doing a 6 days on, 1 day off routine consisting of penis stretches, Bathmate stretches and kegels, along with jelqing and DLD blasters which all accumulates into a routine of about 70 minutes! I have some good temp gains, but none of us are doing this to gain temporarily. I'm trying to gain an inch in length, I'm about 5.8 inches long and want to hit 7, along with a bit of girth, of course, but I'm not trying to create a monster or anything. I'd like to purchase some of the other products that are so talked about around here, I'm just one of those who can't really afford it and have to use my hands with the exception of the Bathmate. So any advice at this point would be greatly appreciated because I'm close to calling it quits, I've spent countless hours now trying to grow and I have nothing to show for it besides a sore dick.

Bryan, Could you tell us exactly your routine. 70 minutes is a lot of time and I want to make sure you are spending it in the best way. Just throw me some more specifics. Don't worry, we will get you gaining in no time!
 
Sure.

I begin with the DLD blasters. Stretching upward while in a laying position, doing 100 PC squeezes, I then move on to the second part, performing an A stretch with 5 second long PC squeezes, only I do 25 instead of 50.

Once I finish these, I go into stretching. Behind the cheeks, straight out, and upward, doing three sets of each and holding each stretch for 35 seconds. This is what takes the most time of my routine, it accumulates to about 25 to 30 minutes.

Once I finish stretching I move into the Bathmate fully erect, performing kegels for 5 minutes and then Bathmate stretches for 5 minutes.

After 10 minutes in the pump I jelq for 12 minutes, each jelq lasts 2 to 3 seconds and I alternate between the standard OK grip and the overhand grip at around 60 to 80% erect.

I finish, perform 5 more minutes of Bathmate stretches and then to end the routine I jelq for an additional 5 minutes.

I can offer some advice that may help. First I think that Length and Girth should be separated into 2 sessions or maybe even every other day for each so you can dedicate full concentration to each. Sometimes trying to fit everything in can become too much and the rush can prevent gains. Since your first 4 months were not consistent and you have only trained serious for 2 I would say don't feel discouraged but encouraged to try something different, this usually will break a guy out of a plateau or a no-gain situation. I would also make it pretty simple and to the point. Something like this may work:

Monday: Length Routine
Basic Stretching and Hardcore Stretches

Tuesday: Girth Routine Bathmate 5x5x3 sessions: 5 Minutes in the Bathmate followed by 5 minutes doing the Slow Squash Jelq x 3

Wednesday: Length Routine
Basic Stretching and Hardcore Stretches

Thursday: Girth Routine Bathmate 5x5x3 sessions: 5 Minutes in the Bathmate followed by 5 minutes doing the Slow Squash Jelq x 3

Friday: Length Routine
Basic Stretching and Hardcore Stretches

Saturday: Girth Routine Bathmate 5x5x3 sessions: 5 Minutes in the Bathmate followed by 5 minutes doing the Slow Squash Jelq x 3

Sunday: Length Routine
Basic Stretching and Hardcore Stretches

This is the most basic of routines but I believe it will give you the ability to dedicate much more concentration to each length and girth and take a lot of the stress out of long routines. After about a month we can reevaluate your routine and add to it. Let me know your thoughts.
 
Alright, I'll definitely start this routine beginning Monday. On those girth days, when using the Bathmate, will I need to go in erect, pump fully and just leave it on for the 5 minute duration?

Try to stay as hard as possible and when you go into the Slow Squash Jelqs try to remain about 90% erect. I think this routine will help you isolate more and put full concentration into your routine. Keep us updated and please ask any questions you might have.

I do have a question though.

When stretching I grip just below the glands which, while stretching creates quite a bit of pressure on the head of my penis and by the end of my session the head has the "helmet" effect, I believe is what its called where the tip is I guess you could say squashed and though it quickly goes back to normal, for the rest of the day the tip will be extremely red. Is there any way to prevent this?

Try to bring a small amount of foreskin over the area where you are gripping and always anchor your other hand at the base to add intensity to the stretch and to stretch away from the upper hand, exposing as much internal penis as possible. In every stretch this should be done and if you are a member of the video site you will see this position used in many ways. Stretching the penis is all about hitting every part of the penis internally and externally.
 
The video site? No, I do not believe I am. How do I become a member there?

I tried the SSJ earlier, just to get a feel for the exercise and to know what to expect from it. The only issue I had was staying erect, by time a minute or so passed I would drop to about 50 - 70% erect and would have to work myself back up to begin again. Maybe that's because I didn't give myself enough time to become stimulated enough to keep a lasting erection though. But lets say this is common for me, that every minute or so I need to get myself erect again, should I do that? Or continue on with the SSJ for a couple minutes before achieving another full erection?

Get yourself a length master. It is not that expensive. You will surely gain length with that device.
