I have been working girth harder and more consistently than i ever have before, and i have nothing to show for it.
It's funny though, you would think that someone who gets an inch plus every session would be making atleast some gains, but no. I've even been using the BM xtreme x30 religiously doing 553's , but nothing.
.......SOOOO, i finally came out of the madness, after being really pissed for about a week, and started to think, i thought about waaaaaayyy back 6 1/2 years ago, when i first started pe.
Why do you ask? because when i first started pe way back then, i gained 1/2 inch in a modest amount of time. And the truth is i wasn't even that hardcore, i didnt use anywhere near the intensity i use now, but still i gained. so i thought oh, maybe i have to go lighter, or maybe i should just clamp and do light squeezes, so i tried, and hinestly didn't even get close to the expansion i get now.
So i knew that wasn't it, finally i was like there's got to be something else, and it hit me, back them besides the actual exercises or clamping, i used to basically stay engorged all day long, because i had read an article by REDZULU about how when he first started he would get swole, then tie a shoe lace around it and stay swole all day long.
I haven't started yet but i'm pretty sure this is my missing link, everyone is different of course, but this is the only difference between when i made gains and when i didn't, i believe girth gains are made in two parts, expansion and the holding period like DLD as RED always said, i just never thought it was that necessary until now.
The old ADC as it were, but without the clamp.

Yes, just be careful not to cause too much fluid retention. That gets very uncomfortable with an "ADC" device. It's like a constant burn in the skin and you will want to tap out after a short while.
 
so are you doing girth everyday now? the last time you made a thread about this was only a month ago i mean realistically you cant expect much permanent gains in a month

I've been doing girth consistently since that chick i nailed like 3 or 4 months ago called me small, i started using the x30 xtreme i bought a month ago and the 553's but no big change with those compared to what i was getting with the exercises before.
Before the xtreme i was using the x40 but it was to big for me i believe, it just didn't do well, and last year i did a lot of air pumping before the piece of crap broke.
but ya girth everyday foresure.

Hey STILL, ya you know what? that's exactly my problem i just tried it today and by the second time i put the adc back on, i could only last like 5minutes, and i got a lot of fluid around the bottom of the glans, like when i over pump. Do you know of any way to combat this bull****?
I never had this issue before, maybe im constricting to tightly now?

I have not personally figured out how to get around it. So, I just used to go all out with my clamping. Low dose viagra for my workouts and balls to the wall clamping for 30-45 minutes 5 nights a week.

You probably would have to kegel your brains out to keep good EQ for that, otherwise you probably wouldn't see the gains.

I have heard of a wrapping method using ace wrap for pumping. I have not tried this method but it sounds like it would work to prevent fluid retention behind the glans. What you do is wrap right below the glans tightly. So when you pump it swells the glans and the area below the wrap more. Without causing fluid rentention below the glans. I believe they said they used one inch of wrap. Play around and try it out.

Have you tried ACE for a few months? This is what changed my flaccid size fastest, that and the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. Remember, the penis has spent most of it's life in the flaccid state it has become accustomed to. In order to change this very long period of time being turtled to being fully elongated will take some time too.
 
ive been doing lazy ass stretches just sitting on my dick for 2-6 hours a day since the beginning of the year and my flaccid is for sure longer however I wish that would translate to erect gains

I did the same for years and it brought me so close to my erect length. It will do little for erect length though.
 
you are an inspiration man. if i can gain half as much length as you did I will be so happy
 
@Jekyll just keep getting consistent expansion two times a day dont go all out. Consistent healthy expansion will be more benificial than getting a marathon session in once every few days trust me. you can do it bro may the force be with you.
