a religious struggle

Hi everyone,

Over the past couple years, I have made great gains in Penis Enlargement and have just begun to get the feel for it.

Please do not cast judgement on me for this...
Problem is that I have used online ���� videos to become stimulated in order to perform the exercises properly. In the past year or so, everytime I have turned on a ����, I immediately regret what I am doing, as I know it is wrong. My faith has also become much stronger over this time lapse and my last major sin would be to stop gratifying myself to ����. Not only for religion, but because of the cursing in it, the lack of love in it, the fact that I have a wonderful & peaceful girlfriend who I am stressed out with after I look at ����, and the mere fact that it falsifies what truly great sex actually means to me. Regret also creates stress and humans are not built to cope with stress, as I have learned in my Personal Fitness Training studies.

QUESTION: What are some alternatives to ���� that get you just as hard, in a nice short time span?

First and foremost, nudity is natural for every living thing and viewing this is beautiful. The feelings you get from seeing something of beauty is, again, natural. We do not have an evil God who gave us eyes, ears, feelings and emotions and is waiting for us to use these gifts and then punish us. Any type of stigma that prevents desire from being manifested is, almost always, plagued with guilt and created from fear and lack of understanding. Does viewing a nude person immediately give you pleasure or guilt? Or, does the guilt you have come from feeling pleasure and if so, who told you that feeling good was wrong? God loves you and what you experience and how you create a happier universe for yourself. When trying to make an association with what is pleasurable to you and if it is right or wrong should be a very simple question; are you hurting yourself or other people. If your pleasure and desire come from something that not only praises creation but brings you happiness than nothing should stand in your way. Appreciate that which gives you joy and always hold it in the highest praises of you, the creator and God the creator.

Any alternative to ���� (I do not like that word) but even if you do not use visual stimuli, the second you close your eyes you will be visualizing that which gives you passion anyways and the same feelings will ensue. Do you know that the brain does not know the difference between what we see in the physical word and that which we visualize? The same chemical reactions occur, the same emotions are fired, they are identical in every way.

Please do not waste your time telling me that ���� is righteous. Save it, man.

My question was pretaining to alternatives to become erect. I am 25, do you think I don't know that I can just visualize and get erect? That isn't nearly the same as looking at ����������� because it takes forever for me. I would use my girlfriend, but she is away for 3 months.

Nothing else though? No devices, dietary tools...?

have you tried any pills/supliments, viagra etc...? i dont have personal experience with these so can not offer any sound advice...

does your girlfriend know about the Penis Enlargement, perhaps you could get her involved?
alternatively, use a picture of her to help yourself...?

Wow---first of all---I don't think DLD tried to set ���� up as "righteous". Maybe I'm wrong but that was your word not DLD's. Ever think you and DLD and (maybe) others have a difference of religious opinion? Just because YOU judge ���� as "sin" doesn't mean everyone else does.

It's obvious that you are frustrated man, still getting angry at someone who is legitimately trying to help you isn't the right attitude. Anyway sounds like you have become quite dependant on ����, After a while of NOT watching it you should sensitize quite a bit and achieve errections easier just from thought or self stimulation alone.

You could use a cock ring so it traps the blood inside helping you achieve your desired errection level. I presume you have been doing lots of kegels? if not that should help you achieve an errection with very minimal stimulation. I train kegels pretty full on and can get a semi hard just from squeezing my pc really hard.

I am appreciative that others have difference of opinion. If we were a race that never objected to one another's beliefs, then we would not have come so far.

When I say, "save it", I mean it totally as that. The actual issues are:

1) I have a problem with watching hardcore ���� with people who have no redeeming qualities

2) I have become used to using ���� in assistance with Penis Enlargement.

3.) My girlfriend is away for 3 months, so I can not use her.

I do not have erectile dysfunction. Hence, I always wake up with a hard penis and have other times of the day where I become hard for no reason.

Not saying that I can not get myself hard on command. What I am saying is, getting myself 100-110 % erect 10-30 times within an hour time span is tough with out assistance.

Now you guys can pick at the context of my threads, which is fine, but you are not in anyway helping or hurting me. So I offer the same two words to you... "save it". You think that is harsh? Two questions:
1. If you knowthis is wrong, why do you continue to do it?
2. How can something that takes place only in your head and impinges upon no one else in the world be a sin?

To me it sounds as though most of your guilt and shame come not from a true concern for any other human being, but from the recognition that you, yourself, are simply too weak and undisciplined to stop committing an action that you have already condemned.

If something is wrong, and you know it; stop. There's your answer. If you can't, admit it and get on with your life.

A great problem with religion! But I will not judge as I too used to be very religious before becoming absolutely agnostic. I won't go there...you don't want me to.

Your problem is guilt and shame for doing what you want to do but feel is a sin. Stop it! Stop using ����. What will you use? I would say your imagination but that too is a sin in religious circles. I would say use physical stimulation but that would lead to using your imagination.

So you have 2 choices to make as far as I can see.
1.) Accept that looking at ���� is natural even if it is a sin to you and causes you great shame to see two or more naked human beings sweating with passion. And sin's can be forgiven. You sound like this won't be an option for you.
2.) Stop doing girth work and only focus on stretches to make your dick longer. You could do flaccid jelqs as these don't require maintaining an erection at a specific level.

Or you could stop doing Penis Enlargement all together and focus on something else. I'm assuming your reason is to please your girlfriend Do you have sex with her, if so does that cause you shame, would thinking of or looking at her nude photos cause you grief/shame. Would it be a sin or dismissible because its your girlfriend? If you could use your imagination or look at her photo than do it. If not follow number 2 or don't do it at all.

I've been through the full spectrum before. From trying to quit ���� for religious reasons to enjoying some good ole' fashion lesbian orgy ���� with a preacher's daughter......if I had to tell you which one was more satisfying spiritually...you would call me a blasphemer!

But I do have experience in quiting ����, the first step would be to remove it from your reach. Get rid of it. Other than that its just reinforcing that you don't want to do it. If you feel the urge go in your mind and see yourself using your mind going through the routine , whatever yours is.(in fact do these steps now). Imagine the thought, the horny feelings, the urge, guilt, reaching for the lotion, obtaining the ����, orgasm, guilt and shame. After that step rewind the actions in your mind to right before you started getting ready to indulge in ����. What was the trigger? Imagine yourself taking a different step. Instead of watching the ���� video you go get the bible in your mind and read "I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes". Use this guided imagery to help you fight the urge.

Also your subconscious mind does not understand the word "not" or "don't", etc. Meaning if you repeatedly think "I don't want to look at ����" or "I will not look at ����" your subconscious actually hears "I do want to look at ����" or "I will look at ����". A guy has to bust a nut...or does he. And ���� can be addictive leading to more hardcore ���� with prolonged use. Look up ways to quit smoking/drugs and it should give you some ideas.

It has not been an endless struggle throughout my life, but a rather recent subconscious disagreement in which I wholeheartedly agree with. Two people sweating, loving, and sexually acting together is truly wonderful and I would not mind watching it. However, what I see in ���� nowadays is swearing, genital abuse, no emotional connection, and an act between two "black holes" and NOT two people.

I may choose to view videos of people making LOVE in the long run, but for right now, I am going to see if I can train myself to efficiently practice Penis Enlargement without it. I guess my first impression of "a religious struggle" was that you did not want to view ���� because it interfered with your religion.
