Although i could ask this question in my other thread, but i guess it requires its own topic.
I do PE but i cant control myself at rewarding myself at the end of each session, sometimes i ejaculate during the session and this brings an end to it. I do stretching first and then bring myself to 90-100% and perform jelqs afterwith throwing in between clamping reps. The issue is that i can do my stretching flaccid or just engorged, but for jelq and clamping i bring myself to 90-100% erect which in turn put me close to PONR and most of the times i go over the edge. How can i prevent that? I dont have a premature ejaculation issue but for reaching the 100% erection i have to bring myself to PONR otherwise i go down(is that an issue?). Do you guys do the same or you just get erect without any help. I can use ����, but i dont want to rely on it for the erection for the fear that i will train my mind for becoming dependent on ���� for erection. I am 35, smoker and i do not get erect on the whim as i used to when i was young.

Exactly, you do not want ���� to mess with your erections, your confidence, your mind game, your security in yourself and of course the subjugation of the women. I suggest using Viagra or Cialis. Neither cause dependency and both bring amazing effortless erections. Attaining the ability to become erect on your own is a big thing and something you will learn here. Another thing, if you do ejaculate use the time after to stretch as there is no better time top stretch than when the penis is in a state of fatigue.

Thanks DLD for the detailed answer. I would certainly do stretching in cases of accidents :p. Also, i would very much like to learn the ability to become erect on my own. As this is one insecurity that plays a major role in my sex life.

Such a valuable asset once acquired. Erections should not depend on ����, they should come from a controlled acquisition or your loved one!
 
use that sexual energy to your benefit. focus on Ulis or pumping or an exercise that uses erections. staying horny during pumping and girth work in general is a really good thing

My suggestion would be to do more edging work (which I should do myself). If I do a few edging sessions in a week I find that after the second or third that the PONR gets further and further away each time and gets to the point that I'm fully erect and it takes a lot to ejaculate. That type of training is perfect for sex and staying erect.

If you are in a relationship edging during sex is the ultimate but you either need to tell your partner or they need to figure it out (non-verbally, possible if you know each other really well) and go along with it. You don't want her to be mid-orgasm and you just stop completely because you're edging.

I know the "needs encouragement to get erect" thing as I'm a few years older than you. Stress and fatigue effects my erections more and I need to do more work towards it myself. Distractions during sex can be a nightmare. A few years ago my wife had Dr Phil on and every time I heard his voice I started going limp (I can't stand that man). I stopped having sex to change the channel (needed background noise cause of kids in the house) and all of the sudden I was firing on all cylinders with the science channel going.
 
Good advice! You want to collect and distribute the sexual energy into your PE session, not into ���� and ejaculation.
