Well in a nut shell jelqing is real messy , and clamping is not
the whole theory of expanding the penis thru increased blood flow
makes sense

can i substitute clamping over jelqing? .. my index finger is fAcken killing from
jelqing , thats why i want to start clamping, any info would be great

the way i see it its hard to gain length from jelqing , someone correct me if im wrong? i jelq cause i have a hard time getting it up- after stretching
it for 5 days straight

ive heard the same thing, people that hang, or stretch loose sensitivity
and resort to jelqing to get back morning wood
 
No, jelqing and clamping are different things. Jelqing is 'milking' the blood into the penis with gentle movements of the hand at a usually high state of erection and with time the penis grows bigger due to the constant extra blood getting milked into the chambers or spaces.

Clamping isnt milking or moving blood in the sameway but holding it in place and expanding the penis in that way instead.

It works slightly different but the end result for both would be mainly girth gains but length gains can be seen by both methods.

I wouldnt ditch jelqing for just clamping, use them both either at the sametime i.e clamped jelqs or do clamps than jelqs or vice versa as jelqing has its place in everyone's routine and is the backbone as far as I'm concerned of all NPenis Enlargement exercises.
 
I think Red hit it right on the head there with his post. Jelquing seems to be more of a healthy penis type excercise as it is constantly moving fresh blood around inside the penile chambers to promote/stimulate cells.

Clamping is more of the extreme, push yourself to the max type situation. I highly recommend both, especially doing jelqs BEFORE clamping, as the jelqing gets the penis nice and stretched out and full, ready for some clamping fun! :P

Haha DLD, I used to have the same problem since I am on Paxil. Its also used to treat premature ejaculation instead of mental problems!!

Ever since Ive been jelqing regular and doing my Penis Enlargement on a consistant basis, the Paxil side effects have not been noticed :).

Once or twice I was with a chick and either couldnt get it up enough to fuck, or couldnt finish WHILE fucking.

Jelqing at low erection levels can be used to increase length. Jelqing at higher erection levels focuses more on girth. Clamping is pretty much a girth exercize. It depends what your goals are. If you want to focus on girth, clamping can get you results, most likely faster than jelqing. Clamping is an advanced exercize though. Take it easy to begin with.

I asked myself the same question months ago. So I just did a routine of just clamping but after about 6 weeks I noticed that my penis was loosing its sensitivity. Also if looked weird. Especially the area were the clamp sits often had stretch marks and bumps.
So I got back to jelqing with about 90% erection and it good better. I did not see any big gains but it felt better all around. My erection got better and it looked normal again.

Right now I stopped it because I did not have enough time and did not really see the sense in it.
I have about 16.5 by 14.9 cm which are about 6.6 by 6 which I consider normal but right now I do not see any sense in getting more. I think I will go back into a routine for fun and health issues.
But love PC training.

Nah it's big man. Mainly because of that girth.. I'd kill to get that girth :P

I also train for fun, and yet, results keep coming, so I have at least 2 reasons to keep it as it is :)

I only wish I could use it. I think I can last quite long and control it to some degree but I never had the chance to test my small warrior in a battle.
 
I agree jelqing is messy. You really need to take a shower after to properly clean off the vaseline. Whereas with clamping, when you're done you can be dressed and outta the house almost straight after. Because of this I don't jelq as much as I would like and usually substitute with clamping. Given the time and opportunity I like to get some jelqing in, but it is more time consuming.
 
Two words....Dry jelq. This is a much ignored exercise in NPenis Enlargement and thats sad because it has the capacity to be the most powerful when combined with other methods.

I have found that Dry jelqing has been more powerful than the wet jelqing but I always stuck with it being wet as I got more pleasure from it.

If you can than try clamped dry jelqs or do just try the dry jelqs and skip the wet jelqs and see what you think.
 
I personally use dry jelq... I don't know if it's easier or harder for circumcised guys. I'm uncut.

Well I find I can save time because I can do those anytime, even with my pants on.
 
Clamping works better for girth, there's no clean up, and it's a no brainer keeping erect enough to do it because of the pressure increase provided similar to but better than a cock ring.

Pesonally I get much fuller from clamping, which is good for me and the wife. 2-3 sets 10 minutes of clamping (with some edging) followed by 5-10 minutes of dry jelq's and my wifes mouth is watering from the increase.

Last night I whipped out one of her previously "big" toys after this routine and the wife couldnt stop beaming at how much bigger i was then the toy (either could i for that matter).
 
Yep I had thought about dry jelqs, and I have given it a try but doing it for any long period of time chafes the f outta my cock.

Just to re-visit this topic on why should you jelq when its easier to simply clamp. The way in which a jelq works is different to a standard clamping/tourniquet/constriction 'move'. That 'move' as standard is usually edging. When you jelq, your hands or sometimes a device are used to push blood through the penis from the base towards the glans. In time size develops but its working differently to the former method. That standard clamp is more static, its sort of best described as a brute when compared with a wet jelq as your forcing super expansion internally within the penis that no jelq could ever do, yet the jelq is best described as the river flowing along the channel.

Nowadays we can involve both together and use a clamped jelq which offers the best of both worlds albeit more risky with the high erection quality, but being aware and you will be fine. Your then taking the brute from the standard clamping move and combining it with the flowing river of the jelq which equals a sensational flash flood surging throughout which is more intensity, more power that equals in time more gains in less time. Why do a standard jelq and waste all that time when you can double, TRIPLE its effectiveness and more with the mere addition of a clamp/shoe lace/hair tie/hose clamp/band etc etc etc ... seems a no brainer to me.

So that should make it easier to understand. With Jelq think a flowing river. With a standard clamp think brute force i.e a strongman but combine the two and you get an enormous power surge that literally is something else. They both work in complete synergy, teamwork isnt the word ... they fit like a glove!

I had been depressed my whole life and it is getting so much better and there are no drugs to have to rely on any longer. For the first time in my life I have experienced peace of mind. Good luck.
