Why dont i hear much on PUMPING!?

Have you use the exercise Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJ)? May be much faster than pumping.

Or just go with the 5x5x3. This was what worked best for me

Like I said I only use it to put some blood i the tissues for recovery and traction is great for me as I can use it conveniently while playing video games, watching a movie or even at work.
