OK, I've decided that I would like to restore my foreskin.

Here's my story. I'm going to admit here just how ignorant I was just a short while ago. I didn't even know what I'd lost. Pretty bad considering that I'm almost 40. I never even gave it a thought. I started doing Penis Enlargement. At first, I was worried that I would get too much slack skin. I was told to stay away from dry jelqing. I was stretching and wet jelqing in the shower. I would also stretch whenever I got the chance. Only after my shaft skin started to loosen up did I realize just how tight I was. It wasn't as bad as some that I've seen, but I was pretty tight.

I did some dry jelqing and decided that I liked it. I now have a bit of slack skin and my flaccid has improved.

I'm in the process of reading "The joy of uncircumcising" but I'm only part way through. My wife thinks I'm a nut but I don't care. She sure as hell would care if she'd been cut at birth.

So by looking at the Coverage Index, it appears that I'm somewhere at CI 2 or CI 3. It varies depending on how I'm hanging at the time. I've even achieved roll-over occasionally. That usually happens if I've been doing a lot of kegals.

What I'm looking for is a way to combine Penis Enlargement and FR. My Penis Enlargement is in stealth mode from the wife. I didn't have any problems telling her about FR but Penis Enlargement will have to wait.

I know that the FR will take longer since my dick should also grow in the process. I can live with that :) .

Can you guys give me some advice on which techniques would work well for my current CI? It would be nice if I could get some Penis Enlargement/FR in while watching TV with the wife.

I've been thinking about getting a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words]. I don't know if it will fit though. I'm on the small side girth wise. Only about 4" EG. I haven't measured the FG.

Manual Stretching your shaft skin 15-20 minutes a day will achieve FR. In case you havent read Kongs post thats stickied read it.

So how do I target the shaft skin when stretching?

Do I just use less pressure than when doing Penis Enlargement stretches?
How much force do I use? I'm sure I wouldn't want to use the same amount as when doing Penis Enlargement stretches.

Does anybody worry about doing too much stretching and getting stretch marks in the process?

How I do this is by grasping the glans with one hand, or right below the glans, and stretching the skin towards the base.

anybody worry about doing too much stretching and getting stretch marks in the process?

I don't worry about stretch marks, and haven't gotten any yet. I've been doing for over 2 years total, starting about 7 years ago. I wouldn't want stretch marks, but would choose them over not growing skin.
 
if your starting out with pe and jelqing you wont get strech marks .i have strech marks and i got them from clamping .i wouldnt worry about it to mutch

Thanks for checking in on me.

I have never done any foreskin measurements so I can't say exactly. Here's where I'm at:

1) It appears that I have sustained a bruise to my left CC. I noticed this last Friday after a session with the wife. It is a little bit tender but not bad at all.

2) I determined that I was jelqing and stretching incorrectly. I was jelqing all the way to the glans. I was also grabbing ahold of the nerve bundle to do my stretching. I noticed that my wood wasn't as it should be. I haven't really done any Penis Enlargement for about a week now.

3) My flaccid is shrinking back to it's small old self again. Will Penis Enlargement cement my flaccid over time?

4) I've been busy the last week or so and haven't done much stretching either.

5) I've quit handling my penis as much as I used to. I used to go to the bathroom and stretch or do some dry jelqs during the day. I haven't done that in about a week or so.

The good news is that my sensitivity seems to be coming back. I have been stretching as MDC suggested. I like the idea of growing more of the mucus skin and forward shaft skin as opposed to possibly growing skin with hair folicles in it.

I have been getting some tingling sensations from the sulcus. I also sometimes get some sticking of the mucus skin to the sulcus.

BTW, that's my penis in the CI-3 picture. Ok, not really, but that's pretty much exactly how it looks (flaccid pic).

Injuries are frustrating; I've had a couple in the past week, so I know how you're feeling. I too started using MDC's manual stretch in conjunction with my regular manual stretching routine (rolling the skin over the glans and pulling the tube out away from the pelvis). I've added about 0.25" of inner skin in the past three weeks.

I can't really comment on cementing gains, since I'm still so new to this myself. What I have noticed is that my Penis Enlargement gains keep messing up my FR gains. I was early CI-4 for awhile, but I'm now late CI-3 again. I haven't lost any of my flaccid length or girth gains though.

Keep at Penis Enlargement, especially jelqing, and your flaccid will surely be much larger than it was pre-Penis Enlargement (permanently). At least, that's my experience. pre-Penis Enlargement I was 3.5-4x4.5" flaccid. Now it's about 5-5.5x5.5" (more below)

I think that the manual method I'm using for FR is working very well. The only problem is that doing regular manual stretching makes my flaccid size larger too, hiding any gains for now. My flaccid size has been around 6" long since I increased my manual tugging to multiple times per day.
 
I think FR in general helps improve flaccid hang. Mine has gone from about 3-3.5" to 5-5.5". It's really quite incredible, if you think about it. When I started this business of Penis Enlargement and FR, my penis was approximately 5.5 to 6 inches ERECT. Now it's 5.5 inches soft. I may not be a monster of cock like some of you guys, but its nice to have a flaccid measurement that is actually as big as most men are when they're hard (not bragging, just sharing the joy)
