yeah it's mostly a fuck load of jelquing. i do it for a time limit not how many i do. i try to jelqu for at least an hour, on good days an hour and a half. that's after 5 mins of stretching.

i'm starting to do constrictors and stuff like that, try to fatten it up a bit. but that's only for 3 seconds. i think of it as my own version of DLD's phase 2
 
How long did it take you to hit 9 Samzman? Did the the six inch girth soon follow or did your penis look more long and skinny for a while. Also were you 100% or close to it erect when you did jelqing? I'm asking because i barely work that much length in my routine but I got to 8 in. just by wet jelqing, thats mostly what I knkew how to do at the time. I think part of the problem was that I was laying on my back in bed in many of my early routines which wasn't helping blood flow that much, now i work alot of the more advanced girth exercises and I'm sitting in a chair with my legs spread, this feels likes its hitting much harder and I'm getting better workouts as a result. The thing is I haven't done regular wet-jelqs out of the clamp since I've changed where I'm working it out, would you recommend I start doing those again?
 
i never used a clamp or anything like that, so i have a biast view on it. you're right when you say that sitting down when jelquin gives you a better work out, it's worked wonders for me....lots more blood flow to the whole groin area. when i worked out about 2 hours every other day with, i averaged about .25 inch gain every month and a half or so. i went into college with a 7.5 incher, worked my ass off and did tons of kegels (even ordered some pills, didn't really work that much for me now that i look back on it). the only thing that made me gain was the solid jelquing. i tried to keep my dick at a solid 80% erection. jus tpoped in some porno and jelqued away.
 
Were these wet or dry jelq's bro? Actually I assume their wet jelq's cause you gained in length so much too. So you just worked all through college right, thats cool to hear cause' I'm in colllege right now, but I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for a while before I started this school year. I've gotten way more dramatic gains since coming to college, and I think part of it is because all of my workouts are done in a chair on in front of the computer with some good adult entertainment at my fingertips. I was actually at a plateu for what seemed like 5 to 6 months before last summer, perhaps it was because the bloodflow just wasn't strong enough on my back, I know it was pretty hard to keep the erection level I needed to finish the workout. Lot to take into account now that I think about it...
 
yeah, my fresHydromaxan year was my "year of gains" but now that i'm a junior i got piss loads of work and bullshit i gotta deal with. fuckin bastards. they were all wet jelqs that i did. that's maily all that i do. and constrictors too now, and bends, i'm going to be venturing into girth territory more than anything now i guess. i still want ten but i'll be focusing more on girth.
 
That sounds pretty bitchin'. I think I'll incorporate that in my clamping routine during the week, just set aside a day or two to do plain wet jelqs for an hour at a time and see where it takes me.
