Curious to see what everyone has noticed the biggest change in girth with? How much change?
TIme it took?

Also which exercises seemed to produce the least girth with?

Pump for 15-20 minutes then
8 Supra slammers with constriction ring.
Almost 1/2 inch in a month gain.

Least effective- cant pinpoint it for girth. I seem to be a girth gainer and a length struggler. But length will happen.
 
Basic squeeze exercises have done the best for me so far. I've gained most of my
1 1/8" girth increase from things like simple two handed (horse squeezes) squeezes.
 
Basic squeezes have worked best for me in the past. =) You know, the squeeze where you hold one hand at the base, and the other just behind the glans. Hold each squeeze for 5 seconds. I had to rest after 10 squeezes. I used to start with 50, then adding 10 every week.

Supra Slammers have been pretty good to me, although here lately I may have found a new favorite girth exercise in erect twists. By themselves I don't think they do much, but they seem to weaken the tunica a bit which allows the other exercises such as jelqs, Slammers, and squeezes to be more effective.
 
I have been doing the dry portion of Girth Busters for over a year now and I consistently get thicker.
 
Just started all day clamping and holy girth a coming. The girl Im dating made a comment about me being LONGER and much THICKER.
 
I think it was originally stillwantmore's posting or maybe crazyed. Not sure which one was my original reading. But you basically wear a clamp on/ off for most of the wake hours. I will have it on for about 30-45 minutes making sure I still have decent blood flow. Meaning your cock stays warm and doesnt turn too much of a funny color. Slight discoloration is to be expected. Then I will loosen for about 20-30 minutes and then retighten. Have to be careful not to go too tight though.
