Any Tunica stretch that occurs will remain, there are no temporary gains with the TUNICA, once it is stretched it will remain this way. This is due to the extremely low elasticity of the Tunica. Heat is always are great way to prepare or heal in Tunica work.

No. You definitely need to implement manual stretches. Doing both will get you good results.
