I've been theorizing a lot about how much time should be spent on Penis Enlargement to see the most gains. The most obvious thought is "the more the better". But I think it is more complex than that...
I have noticed after re-reading Dash's thread on the Dash Rap (an awesome technique for girth) that he followed a twice daily split...So did DLD for much of his big-gain run...as did Bib...as does SWM. All of these guys are Big-Gainers (TM?)
Recently, my routines have been going for about three hours whenever I get the time...definitely along the lines of "more is better". But today, I decided to try two 30-minute sessions, spread about 8 hours apart. First session was 3 reps of the Dash Rap, and 8 hours later, another three reps of the Dash Rap. Something I noticed is that my PRE-WORKOUT cock (before workout#1) was about 5.75" erect girth. My PRE-WORKOUT cock (before workout#2) was about 5.875" erect girth. Obviously some inflammation going on in those eight hours (very little if any fluid buildup).
Two hours after my second workout, my erect girth exceeded 6.0" by about one hash mark. Not only that, but the second workout was borderline PAINFUL even though I didn't go any harder than workout#1.
Maybe a double-split routine is the way to go for Big-Gains. I would love it if DLD, SWM, Dash, and Bib(?) would chime in on this one. The double-split routine may be one of those overlooked--or I should say underemphasized--principles of a penis enlargement regiment.
