Well I realized I forgot to post an update on Monday. My first week was good, I did miss two days, one for a festival and the other because my cock was too sore, I'm guessing because of the introduction of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

Moving into week two though, I'm 3 for 3, still hanging a bit lower I would say throughout the day, and pump is almost sticking around for 24 hrs now. It's really noticeable for the first 12 hrs, but even after that I can still see the difference until my next session. Can't wait for these temp gains to start sticking around 👍🏻

I love to hear about consistency and when you can motivate yourself at the times you can't be with Brotherhood it is a great quality. Remember, everyday is a new opportunity to add size.
 
Well, I've had difficulty keeping up with my original routine, so I'm going to be changing it up to better suite my schedule. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] is a good device, but I cant find the time to wear it long enough for it to be effective, if in the future I can fit it in, then I will of course.

I need opinions on the new routine to see if I'm missing anything.

Early AM (4:00 I wake up this early for work)
Warm up in shower 5-10 Minutes (BM no pressure)
5-10 Minutes of bundle stretching
15-30 Minutes of manual stretching (depending on how much time I can spare, the snooze button is my enemy :D)
15-20 Minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] with the last set of 5 minutes being expressive stretching.
Then follow this up with an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to hold the temp length gain.

PM (9-10:00)
5-10 minute warm up in shower (Again [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] no pressure)
5-10 minute bundle stretching
5x5x3 Girth Blasters
Straight into the cockring for an all nighter.

I will be doing kegels throught the day but mostly during my PM girth routine. Also, will be doing edging a few times a week.
This routine I have already been doing the past couple of days, seeings how i spend 10-12 hours a day at work (more with travel) its much easier for me to break it up and be more consistent with this. Would this be over doing it in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]?

On a side note, Im going to start posting on here daily instead of weekly, I think it would help to hold me more accountable as to keep me more consistent. :)

Well the past two days have been great with the new routine. Getting alot of expansion pumping twice a day, with little to no fluid retention. Everything is going as expected just need to keep it up the consistency

Last night I completed my full PM Girth routine, and this morning I had to cut my length routine short a bit, but still was able to produce a hang lower than normal.

Cant wait to start seeing some progress!!
