I like vitamin V when I know it's a 'one-evening' adventure...it removes all the anxiety of EQ and lets me focus solely on the 'activities'. Vitamin C/L is great for extended weekends...you're always 'at-the-ready'

Oh I'll def be keeping the V for the rainy day case...I just don't wanna be reliant on it I suppose.

Day 1 Rehab:

Didn't edge since I masturbated the day before. I Kegeled all day. And I mean ALL day. Probably not an exaggeration to say I did 2000+ Kegels. Heck, at the gym, I did the stairmaster for 18 minutes, and every time I took a step, I Kegeled lol (very challenging actually). My PE muscles are about 60% exhausted at the end of the day.
