20 min edge session this morning, kegels all day. Did bundled bathroom stretches all day, wore my gel sleeve most of the day to stay elongated. Doing a little more research, I've started eating a little food daily which supposedly helps in sexual health. Glass of red wine every night (helps production of nitric oxide), blueberries in the morning and evening with a banana(blood vessel health), anid a cup of coffee mid day (kind of skeptical about this last one...I've observed my flaccid size to be significantly lower when I drink coffee...I don't know if coffee is the cause, but I'll be observing).
I'll be eating these things daily, and taking note to see if they actually impact my sexual health.

Very deep insight, DeepSighted! :) I know for myself when I changed my eating habits, when I ate and what I started top feel some real changes in energy and happiness. I kinda of fell off lately being sick all this time but I will get back on that horse again. I like this diet, it is simple and I think I can do it.

Yeah DLD it's amazing how our eating habits can directly impact our mood, mental health, and even sexual health. I've never eaten foods like this specifically for the benefit of sexual health, and I feel like it might take a while to see results, but it makes sense theoretically, especially since some components found in these foods are supplements like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] pills!

Day 6 Rehab:

Didn't do as many kegels today due to soreness, I thought it would be good to let the muscles recovery a bit. Did a lot of bundled bathroom stretches though, wore my gel sleeve for like 5 hours until it started hurting. Went to the gym, did a 15 minutes HIIT session on treadmill at the end. Edged tonight for 45 minutes with my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]flesh light[/words], allowed myself to ejaculate because I didn't think the session would be that long (of course I didn't stay hard the entire time...I wish...but the wine I drank beforehand kept me in the mood so I kept on edging lol). So true and I am so geared to get on a healthy diet. My sickness lingers and again my hearing is impaired, cough back, flu back, stomach aches back, this is the longest sickness I have ever experiences. I can not wait for this winter to pass. But, as soon as I get a decent appetite and myself back in good health I am all over this.

Had an extremely stressful day at work. I got home feeling all depressed, and my first instinct was to watch some adult entertainment and rub one out. Then I thought of my PE goals, and how sweet the light at the end of the tunnel is. So instead of watching adult entertainment and jerking off, I put on my workout clothes, went for a 20 minute jog, and was productive for the rest of the night :)
It's still a little frustrating that I still have issues getting hard, but I think if I abstain from masturbating too much, keep up my diet and exercise, and abstain from adult entertainment, I'll be able to achieve erections hard enough to do good girth work with...without the assistance of Viagra or adult entertainment. There is good and bad days but in the end it all adds up to gains if you remain consistent. Good days far outweigh the bad, so even when times are tough have security in the fact that most of the time things are good. On the days that are off simply do something that will relax you, maybe light stretching, light [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] work, or even just meditation on growing larger will work!

I'll be taking these every 4-5 days, taking two days off, for 4-6 weeks. I'll still be consuming the blueberries, banana, and wine everyday as well.

Excellent to hear! I think I have been good now for 5 weeks now! It becomes easier everyday. The temptations still come but I answer them with a quick 'that is not who I am any longer!' Do not get me wrong, I will never master this, but I have put such a curb on it that I feel so much better. I never like to use the word quit because that sets us up to fail. For now I do not engage in masturbation or adult entertainment. It is easy to do one day at a time, but when I put a number on it or I set up a rule around it I always fail. This is why laws and rules are no good, the second we put ourselves under self imposed rules it gives opportunity to fail. I have no laws over my head, I simply do this by the Grace of God and taking it day by day. If I do mess up I know I have a God who has already forgiven me for every sin I will ever commit, so I tell the devil to fuck off and I get back up and keep on going. Today, I tried a jelqing session without adult entertainment stimulation, and jelqed with a 6-7/10 erection the entire time (my ideal range for jelqing).
