Schedule 40 PVC Couplings(2) 2"
Turnbuckles(2) 5/32", 4-3/4" Eye/Eye
Metal Washers (4) Machine Screws (4) 5/32" x 3/4"
Metal Nuts (4) 5/32"

TOOLS REQUIRED
l Wood Saw
l Drill and Bits (1/4", 5/32")
l Screwdriver
l Vise
l Sandpaper (60 - 150 grades)
l Pliers
l File
l Scissors

CONSTRUCTING the HOME HARDWARE [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]EXTENDER[/words]
Drill two 5/32" holes into one of the PVC couplings, opposed from each other, and about 3/4" from the top. If desired, saw off some of the
PVC coupling so that there will be more room through which the penis may be pulled and maneuvered. If the PVC coupling is not round along the inner rim, you should file and sand it so for safety and comfort. Additionally, you may file and sand the PVC coupling in such a manner as to make a more ergonomic fit. Using each of the 5/32" diameter, 3/4" long Machine Screws, thread a washer, an eye-end of each of the two turnbuckles, and another washer or two. Carefully screw each assembly through the opposing holes of PVC coupling. Preferably, no metal should protrude through the either side of the bushing. Each Screw-Turnbuckle assembly should be firmly in place, with the turnbuckles perpendicular to the PVC coupling. Saw the other 2" PVC Coupling latitudinally so that the length measures about 1 3/4"; then saw it longitudinally so that a "half pipe" results. Drill 2 5/32" holes into the half pipe on opposite sides, each about 1/2" from the rounded base, and 3/8 from the sides. Drill 1 1/4" hole about 1/2" from the top of the half- pipe. Through this hole the Nylon cord will be threaded. Sand the half pipe round and smooth. You may saw the top corners of half pipe for a more ergonomic design , but be careful not to compromise structural integrity. Thread a Nut and a large metal washer onto each of the 2 3/4" Machine Screws and then screw the resulting 2 assemblies into each of the 5/32" holes in the half pipe. The fit should be smooth. If not add or subtract washers from the turnbuckle assemblies. Thread the Nylon Cord through the 1/4" hole in the half pipe. Due to the tightness, you may need to pinch the tip of each end of the cord. The cord should be held lightly by the holes, but you may will need to tie a partial knot to keep it from slipping once the penis head is placed in the noose. As needed extend the device, and therefore the penis, by twisting the turnbuckles further in order to obtain the desired tension.

With the device in two parts (Bushing/Turnbuckle and Half-Pipe/Tubing), pull the penis through the PVC Bushing, with the Turnbuckles at their minimum length. Then loop the penis head through the cord and tighten by pulling from the other side. Tie the back side in a half knot to keep the noose from slipping. This procedure takes about 1-3 minutes. Tension is increased or decreased by twisting the turnbuckles.

I'm not doing a hanging routine right now because of a time limitation. Last year I was hanging about two hours per night then I would wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a couple more hours at night and 4-8 hours per day at work for about three months. I think I gained between a half inch and an inch. It takes time but you will make steady gains if you stick with the routine. I have tweaked the design a little and went out and bought supplies to make my own. I'll definitely post pics, I' am not sure but I think you may want to incorporate some of my enhancements in your design. I need to try it but I think my minor changes will add substantial comfort to the device. If you did want to add them it would only cost about .60 cents more per [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]. I paid a total of about $9.75 for all the materials and I think it will take about 10-15 mins to make. Thanks for the design Chance, Red, and DLD.

Answering all questions at once, I think. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is supposed to swivel up and down. That is how you get the tension by turning the buckles.The top of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] that holds the noose can be moved a little, but it is tight and its not going to move much. You don't want it to. Likewise, the base will also swivel a little so you can turn it down in your pants or hit slightly different angles. The rope noose is not all that hard on the head. Obviously at heavier tensions it might get that way or with wearing it for a long, long time without removal. But all things being the same the rope noose is way more comfortable than a rubber noose and it won't stretch. Rubber will pinch the hell out of you after a while and will sting like a bitch when you take it off.

I built it and I have to say it works great, I recommend to all members either buy one or build it yourself. I designed mine slightly different because of my current size. The minimum starting length of mine is 7.5" and it has a maximum of 11". I used closed end bolts instead of machine screws and nuts, I used velt pads on the base to allow it to swivel up and down easier and I added rubber washers on the head piece to prevent movement. I'll post pics very soon. Again thanks for this great desing Chance, RedZulu, and DLD.

The length of time that you can wear it depends on how much tension you put on the penis. Your just going to have to take it off once in a while for circulation reasons. I'd say on light tension ever hour should be ok after you get used to the routine.

Chance I suggest that you change you design to two holes for the glans loop. because I made mine with one and the pinch on the glans is far to much, Now that I changed it to 2 holes 1/4" apart I get a swelling of the glans, better circulation and it is far more comfortable.

One thing I've always wondered about with this type of glans attachment... isn't there a nerve that runs along the top of the shaft into the head, and wouldn't this type of attachment stress this nerve? Not trying to scare anyone here, and I know lots of guys have used these types of devices without problems, but I was still wondering.

There is no way to measure how much force you are using. You just have to judge for yourself. It will be uncomfortable, at first, to take much tension. You have to build up just like with hanging. You can adjust the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to wear for a long time at work. But the higher tension you use the more you will have to remove the device for circulation reasons.
