Well, I started my routine last night. I'm going to track my routines and progress here so that I maintain motivation. For consistency's sake, I'm going to put my full body exercise progress in here, as well. Hopefully I can get the fat pad worked down a little.

Anyway, I measured before I began my first workout. I stated in the Newbie forum that one of my first priorities is flaccid length. Now you can see why. Here are the measurements:

Not sore, just red. Overall, I feel good this morning and am ready to continue the routine. Onward and up!

Non-Penis Enlargement workout- I didn't workout this morning since it was my daughter's first day in kindergarten. Gotta have priorities.
 
Day 2 and still going strong. Yesterday I realized that I can kegel any time I want while at work. Easy to do while sitting in front of a computer. Still trying to figure out exactly what to do for the reverse kegel.

Overall, I could really feel the ligs during the stretch. Very cool. Also, during the jelqs I noticed a lot of pressure in the glans. I believe that is a good sign. I'm a little tender around the glans today and have some dark red splotches on the tip, but overall feeling good.

Non-Penis Enlargement workout: Did 3 miles on the treadmill today in 1/4 mile sprints at an 8:00 pace. Legs were sluggish, but held up well.
 
I didn't Penis Enlargement last night. The edge of the glans is very sensitive. I doubt that I could get a very good grip and good stretches. So I'm going to build up. I did 2 days of stretching and now take 1 day off. Then I'll try 3 days on and 1 day off. Going to try that until everything gets used to this. There is some red spotting on my shaft and the tip has red spots. Overall feeling good, though. Will continue to kegel today at work.

Non-Penis Enlargement: Did 3 miles of hill work fairly slowly this morning since I'll be doing a 5+ mile run tomorrow. Didn't get swimming in this week, so I'll have to make an effort next week.
 
Taking the day off was great. The sensitivity of the glans went completely down. I used a golf glove while stretching last night. That works out perfectly. Need to get a right hand glove now. While stretching straight down, I can really feel the ligs pulling moreso than straight out or up. I wonder if this is normal. The jelq session went very well. I'm still amazed at how big and deep red my head gets during the jelq. I'm very happy and anxious for 9/29 to measure and see what has happened.

Non-Penis Enlargement: Did about 4 miles of very hilly running. Felt good. Finished with 10 minutes in the hot tub. I need to see about doing jelqs while in the hot tub. That might be very cool. I hope the others at the Y don't mind, though. (kidding)
 
try an l-lysine ointment for after you do your Penis Enlargement workout. You will notice that baby powder gives you a great grip, but will dry the hell out of your cock. Using the ointment will reduce soreness and dryness.

After doing Penis Enlargement for a week, I went ahead and did a quick bpel measurement after a session. I was 1/4" bigger. SWEET! Yes, I know this is a temporary gain. The true gain will happen with more work, but to see that progress is possible is awesome.

non-Penis Enlargement - Realized that it makes no sense to specify days of hill runs vs. non-hill runs. Everything around here is hills. Some are just more rugged than others. Did a fast 3 mile run today. Will do a mile swim tomorrow.

It's amazing how much I can feel the stretching when pulling down, much moreso than when pulling out or up. Wondering if that means that hanging would be a good option once I get my cock conditioned.

Non-Penis Enlargement: Swam almost 3/4 of a mile this morning. Not bad since I hadn't swam in 2 weeks, but need to keep up with doing a mile per swim.

On a side note, my wife said that 2 nights ago while we were having sex that my cock was pulsing and throbbing like she'd never felt before. She said she didn't notice any size difference, but the pulsing was definitely a good thing. sweeeet.

I found it odd how relaxing it was to sit and watch TV with the wife while stretching and jelqing last night. She's gotten used to it. During the stretch I obviously broke a blood vessel on the shaft. Have a dark red bruise but it doesn't hurt. Plus everything was in full working order afterwards, so I'm not concerned.

There are 2 weeks until my 1 month measurement (although as you can see above I have already done a measurement). Can't wait. The wife has been able to tell a difference, too.

Non-Penis Enlargement: Ran 4 miles in 37 minutes. Hopped in the hot tub after, which felt good.
 
Did my routine again last night. Felt some very good stretching going straight down and back, but tried to not stretch too hard. Everything is feeling good. Did 500 jelqs and maintained an erection for about 30 minutes after (God bless adult entertainment). Looking forward to my measurement next week.
