*get 90-100% erect. this will slowly lower as you continue each rep (30 sec each) but that's okay. you need room to "squish" blood around
*I do it lubed because it's much easier to get hard again between reps for me that way, but it can be done wet or dry

1)imagine the white cap in the picture is the VERY E
XTREME base of your penis. you're going to want to grip really hard with an OK grip, palm pointing either away or towards you. personal preference. then, jelq about an inch up (like in the picture, again, the end of the white cap not touching the pill bottle is where your penis joins the rest of your body) and HOLD REALLY TIGHT THERE. you will hold your base hand in this position for the whole rep

2)place the other hand on the glans as shown in the picture. gently and slowly, try to push your glans back down into the shaft, towards your base hand. it's like trying to crush a soda can that hasn't had the seal popped yet

3) as a little blood begins to leave your penis, keep gripping as tight as you can. you will feel the pressure build up. slowly gyrate your hand in a clockwise/counter-clockwise motion to move/squish the blood around. at the end of the rep, you will probably be able to fold your penis over your base hand, but it will be pumped and inflated with blood

***NEVER use abrupt, extreme increases in pressure. you don't want to break your penis' chambers
