I gained an inch in length and half inch girth in 6 months and all I did was gs for 2-4 hours a day. Did nothing else at all, no jelq or manuals

No, sorry I shouldn't had separated the two sentences. You would cause a problem only if you were sleeping on your back. You could damage the pump I'm pretty sure and then you factor the weight of that portion of the body onto the bell. If you was to do it, the pain would be too much from that shit digging into your back.

Yeah.
You can replace the condoms w/ silicone sleeves so you don't have to keep purchasing condoms. I have also seen people use 20+" balloons (I also made a post on it).
You can add additional belts to hit different angles (SU/BTC & SD(+angle) versus the side stretching basic foam belt).
You 'could' hang low weight w/ a carabiner(or small ETC hook) w/ weights (be mindful of the plastic tip).

You can replace the condoms w/ silicone sleeves so you don't have to keep purchasing condoms. I have also seen people use 20+" balloons (I also made a post on it).
You can add additional belts to hit different angles (SU/BTC & SD(+angle) versus the side stretching basic foam belt).
You 'could' hang low weight w/ a carabiner(or small ETC hook) w/ weights (be mindful of the plastic tip).

Well that certainly helps justify the cost! It sounds to be highly modifiable, this should bring a lot of new user feedback on what they have invented.

Erect gains. I never measured flaccid since I would care if I was one inch flaccid and 9 hard, I'd be happy. Erect is what matters to me

No, sorry I shouldn't had separated the two sentences. You would cause a problem only if you were sleeping on your back. You could damage the pump I'm pretty sure and then you factor the weight of that portion of the body onto the bell. If you was to do it, the pain would be too much from that shit digging into your back.

That is what I was thinking about- modifying it to hit different angles getting something to elongate the belt... But what about the balloon condom replacements you said? Didn't get that one- do you have a link?

It took me 6 months of wearing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] about 3 hours a day to gain 1 inch length and .5 girth. This is ALL I did. I then took a long break of over a year and have been back it now for prob a couple months. I hadn't measured in forever but after a month of doing PE again I was 7.25 which was a nice surprise. Now I'm very dedicated and want at least 8x6 but my ultimate goal is 9x6.5, last I checked I was 7.25x5.5 but I think I might of gained a little in the month since I measured. I don't want to measure too often because I feel that leads to frustration. I didn't do my first measure until 3 months of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] and I was .5 longer so that was motivating

I don't think it was an instructional post, just a picture of the process. The above should show ideas from multiple posts. It's best just to use the silicone sleeves.
If someone is having vacuum problems, then you might have the same w/ the balloon method (depending on how you cut it).

Haha yah I wish I took pics it would be there. I remember them saying they would give you your money back for buying it with proper before and after pics so I would've won that for sure.
