Hello! I have recently started to notice that my "CS" area gets more and more filled, adding girth to my shaft. This is great yes and i'm glad i have found a promising way to develop it.
But what i haven't found is a great way to manually increase width. When my penis is 100% erect and i keegel at PONR the CS area fills with more blood, but the CC area stays the same, it's rock hard before this point and doesn't quite expand at PONR.
The only time i see increase in the CC area is meanwhile i clamp off at base and bend the shaft forward when semi-erect for an example. Only then my shaft gets filled with massive amounts of blood and the width gets noticeably bigger, bigger than in erect state.

1. I want to develop bigger and wider CC's and make my penis look thick from above. I'm not 100% sure as i haven't measured but it looks like my penis has more depth than width at the moment. What should i do (manually)?

2. If you develop a better CS, will a girl take notice of this when you penetrate her or is it mostly a visual improvement? How much affects a well developed CS the penetration for the girl basically?

3. What will give a girl most sensation of a large penis inside the vagina, at the width walls or the depth walls of the vagina?

I do get girth gains, but mostly now in the "CS" department. I need an exercise that effectivly focus on the CC and gives width.

Do you know anything about my question 2 and 3? :)

a large penis lets see a 7x5 is a size that most women can be shocked whit...even a 6.5x5 is ok.Pe is marathon not a race:)

Very interesting. Lately I have been tried to do more kegels and reverse kegels. Kegels I can do with the belly relaxed but when I do reverse kegels I always contract my belly, is that normal? I know that the motion we need to do is like we trying to force the urine come out while urinating.
I'm a beginner with the Kegels and Reverse Kegels and I'm very anxious about the results. I already experienced how the Reverse Kegels can help to avoid ejaculation, but I need to improve myself and develop my CS, because I think that can help me to make my penis more cylindrical.

Could you explain why it would be waste of time? :) I'm not doing this for any specific lady that requires it. I do it because i have knowledge that my penis is under average and penis size is somewhat important to some girls. And it is important to me to feel that i have a nice penis so i don't get depressed about feelings that i can't satisfy any girl properly etc. Also as i have grew a bit i get more turned on somehow when i put in my penis in the vagina. I should have confidence in bed but i feel my penis is dragging me down. I'm not comfortable with myself when i'm naked, i want to change that. Change mindset is not going to work, the mindset is already that my penis is slightly under average to average. I don't do it for anyone else, i do it for myself and in turn i will do it for every lady i fuck with, simple as that!
 
Toilet compression squeezes. You don't have to use a toilet obviously but basically you get engorged and then flatten it out. There was another one I can't remember off the top of my head but my experience with edging with a ring has definitely helped my width also. Bends I think are also effective but limited because they target a specific area.

I already do o-bends, should they be fine? I don't bend erect though.

Can you tell me a little bit in detail how flattening out the penis works scientificly? When i think about it, it feels like it takes girth from the depth and add to the width. Or will it add new girth while it gives width?

Although I don't recommend vachaging for length since it has lbs. limitations, even at lower (3-5 pounds) it does a number on your girth and flaccid girth. 20 minutes @ 5 pounds has made me noticeably girthy in a about a month. And it lasts , not like pumping....however my penis is taking a beating,

edit: 20 minutes @ 5 pounds is one set. I usually do 4-6 a day but you can probably get away with 2 sets a day.

If you are with the same girl and you increase width she will notice the difference but if it is someone you never had sex with before they would not notice since there is no reference point. You may be the biggest she has had but with a new girl you never know.

I could if I were more into the biological component of pe. I've never needed to go that far though.

O bends should actually be good though yea. If you can, you should try rolling the pressure point of the o bend like a slinky almost so it hits more area. Slowly. Dld has a name for it but I don't remember.

Will an increase in that department add any sort of noticeably sensation, or is it only width of the penis that decides the feeling of a bigger penis to her? I think width would do more than depth?

Any changes will make a difference for the girl. As to whether they prefer width over depth I don't really think there's a consensus on that. Bigger is bigger, fuller is fuller. Don't worry about the girl so much as what you want to see.

People have 2 reasons to change things. 1 is motivation the other is desperation. What you talk about now sounds like desperation and rarely do anything good come out of desperation.

First of 5 inches girth is not a bad girth.

6 inches girth is actually bigger than 80% of the pornstars that you see today.

So don't feel bad about your size your size is fine.

Now with that being said.

Are you ok with being "just fine" ?

You can become bigger with these techniques. And it requires work dedication and consistancy but are you willing to give that? Then You WILL grow!

You know aim its funny you say that because when I started PE I was literally desperate for change, and now when I feel like slacking off I just need to remember that desperation I had once to regain my drive. Its like if your professor told you you had only one night to study for an exam, and the desperation activates your brain to perform better.

Desperation is a fatal enemy,cause its fucking hard to control,overthinking can be another obstacle.I only spend 40 mins a day exercising exercising but i think about PE almost everyday..

yeah i have had really bad times too no relationships,whit no cash,no girls,its been tough,but i have been exercising just to keep my mind away from deep n useless tought.

then you don't want it enough. i hated school i graduated high school without ever doing homework. because i hated it.

i hated to study more than anything else.

now.. i am reading 500 page technical documents about the things i work with. i even fix some of the things. and come up with new solutions.

what you talk about is desperation. you actually don't want to do the PE. you want the results.

im trying to tell people to enjoy the journey get their head into it. amke it a hobby. and suddenly you will see guys who really want to do this. the result: motivation beats desperation everytime!

i can honestly say that if i was interested in becoming a doctor it would be easy. not a doubt in me.

however. give me a 10 page book on how to play ping pong. and i would never be able to keep my concentration.

in my experience nothing can hold a well motivated person back. and the limits are far beyond our understanding.

Some of my favorite books are from the warmongers that changed the way leverage and power worked in the real world. A great book that is a very short read is the "The Prince" by Machiavelli.

I'm interested in doing those width exercises where you like flattening the penis, but have those exercises came to a conclusion yet? Are they good? Or does they just substitute width with depth to change appearance?

Not sure i understand what you mean by depth? Is it lenght of the penis you are talking about?

I'm talking about depth & width of the girth. How come you haven't heard of that before?

Width is how wide your penis looks and is from above, From left to right, right to left. To see the depth you have to look from your penis from the sideview. And measure from the bottom of your shaft up to the top, from the side. How thick it looks from the sideview. Some penises looks thicker from sideview and some look thicker from bird view.

i think it will have an effect on both. we see again and again people who only focus on lenght will still grow girth and the opposite. tissue doesn¨'t stretch in just 1 direction. but i guess it can only be seen through experimenting.

i wouldn't mind it being bigger in the bird view. could be awesome :)

Pretty sure stuff like clamping or edging with a tight ring does both. I know from experience hard heavy kegeling adds to depth by making the urethral muscle bulge out.

Compression squeezes definitely give the width your looking for. I did them for a month and got good width expansion, but as usual, I stopped lol. Clamp my penis, put a plate on top and bottom, then use a c-clamp to compress them, sit for 5-10 minutes then release, rest and massage, start over again. Very tough exercise if done this way. Will test your nerve real quick.

Any girth gained will help with stretching the vagina, whether depth or width. Depth is better because width can stretch and rip the pussy lips. Stops sex for days, ask me how I know&#128565;. I know what your trying to find out. The best answer; always go for depth and width. Your penis will expand where it is easiest, you have to make it go where you want. I gain on depth for example. Width is ok but I want more lol. I used to clamp and do downward bends, good for width and expansion, you can bend at the spot you want to increase. A technique that needs your full attention, you can and will hurt yourself if you don't be mindful.
 
Yeah I think they prefer the Cs over the cc because it contours to their insides, but as chiraq savage I'm going for both. I did compression type girth methods, and got a great pump only i thought they were advanced for me. I might give them a go more, but the girth ones I employ today work real good so idk
