Hello all! Starting a thread to record my Penis Enlargement progress and success. I have been in Penis Enlargement for about 6 months now. For the last 5 I have been very dedicated. Going for a minimum of 9". I hope to inspire others along my journey to a huge penis as well as show others what I'm doing thats working so they may see the success that I have.

-500-1000 wet jelqs after each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session to reduce fluid retention (if any) also I find it a great time to jelq

I will be updating this will progress results on changes and gains every month. Going to keep doing this routine for another month or so I can get the most gains from it that I can before I need to switch things up.

Sup dudes, back again with an update. I have been continuing with the routine I stated above, but recently I have added in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] exercises. I have started out doing 15-20 sets of 20-30 second ones of various techniques. My [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] usage has gone up to 3 times a day, consisting on a morning/mid day/late night pump in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] with both balls and penis. Eventually I'm gonna work my way back to atleast one [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session a day that contains just pumping the penis so I can incorporate [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches into my routine. But for now I want to pump my balls as much as I can. You might think I'm crazy with 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions a day (20 minutes a peice) but I don't get any fluid build up anymore unless I go longer so its perfect. Been doing LAS's when Im at home chillin or studying or just whenever I can. Other times I just chillout with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on and when I leave the house I rock the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] strapped bandage everywhere I go. I love it. Gives me that long hang and helps me cement that longer flaccid hang. Anyways I'm back on the grind. Hopin to gain some length here in the next month or few months. I want to add hanging into my routine, I just need to go buy the stuff to make a snake hanger. Even though I still do girth work, I'm mainly focused on length, but I wouldn't mind girth gains. I feel like I should just focus on length and then when I get to the length I want I could do girth rather than the other way around. But idk, thats just me.

I'm back yall!! Been super busy with life and havent posted in a while but I have still been Penis Enlargement'ing!

New additions to my Penis Enlargement arsenal:
-Titan Cock Ring
-Snake hanger
-Ring of Power

New routine:
-3600 wet jelqs (1200 in the morning, afternoon and evening)

-40 minutes hanging (5 lbs)
-30 minutes heating pad with cock ring on (split into 2 15 minute session when I have maximum expansion and an erection.
-5 minutes of foreskin restoration stretches
-40 minutes of my previous manual stretching ro
-Minimum of 1 hour in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] after length or hanging work
-Uncle Jim wrap all day when I leave the house

I am loving this routine so far. Multiple times throughout the day I am able to do girth work. My hopes areto increase my flaccid length and girth size. I guess that I am a grower because when flaccid my penis does not look big at all (maybe im biased), so I am hoping to get that big long flaccid hang. I have actually stopped wearing jeans because in my flaccid state I dont feel like I fill them out the way I want to. Of course I want to continue to gain erect length and girth but I am more focused on flaccid gains because then I will be able to be comfortable in my own skin throughout the day and not have to rely on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] strapping to make me feel big. If anyone has any tips for flaccid gains leme know, or if you think I should tweak my routine at all I would love the input.

Have taken a few rest days from Penis Enlargement after going strong for month. Whats awesome is in these rest days, that is when I see the gains come. I have had a bad habit for a while of measuring my penis everyday when I had a solid erection. And everyday it would read 7" EL, but after these two rest days it reads 7 1/4". Im stoked! Om going to start incorporating a planned day or two of rest after every few Weeks of consistent Penis Enlargement. One of the main reasons I took 2 rest days is because im trying to diagnose/heal a very prominent thrombosis vein that I think I have. So I am applying constant heat from a heating pad all day and only doing length work for a while until it goes away. I have completely halted my girth work which was a huge part of my Penis Enlargement routibe. I am also looking into making some of that eroset oil to promote health along my penis. I will keep this updated with my progress. My short term goal (withinthe next few months) is increased flaccid length/girth/hang. Long term is probably 9-9.5x7.
 
New updates! Since I am giving myself a break from girth work (Bathmate and jelqing) to treat a possible thrombosed vein, I have been on a strictly length regiment that is going well. I do about 4-5 of hanging in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] each day and the most crucial times are after my manual stretch workout and then after my 40 minute hanging routine. This is because after those 2 exercises my penis has been stretched and can be worn longer in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with increased tension or more bars.

Each day I do
-1 hour of manual stretches (with warmup/down)
-2x20min hanging sets with 5 lbs
-4-5 hours or more of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] stretching
-2x15min heaping pad sets

I have also made some of the eroset vein oil and have just started appyling that to my penis. I just started yesterday but I can already notice a difference in vascularity. I can definitely tell it is having positive effects. Will continue to apply it once a day and will post the results.

Not sure how long I will take a break from girth work because I know doing both length and girth exercises helps increase length rather than just length. I want to get back into girth but I need to gradually work my way up. I think the possible cause of my thrombosrd vein is that I went from doing very few jelqs to doing 3-4 thousand jelqs a day (split up between 3 different sets throughout the day). That was a big jump and I dont think I prepared my penis properly for that.

Also im looking into Foreskin restoration. I recently purchased a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] but when it arrived I realized the cone was not big enough for my glans. I need to return it and get a larger size. Anyways, im going strong! My goal, while ambitious, is to hit 8" EL by the end of September. But I believe I can do it because I am training hard and incorporating rest into my healing process. My current stats are:

Sup peeps! I've been goin hard at Penis Enlargement like a man determined! Really hopin to hit 8" by the end of September.

Finally killed my habit of measuring with a ruler every other day. Only gonna measure every month or so, otherwise I get addicted to measuring constantly.

The thrombosed vein that I thought I had has subsided finally because I stopped all girth work (jelqing/Bathmate) and my penis feels super healthy without it bulging and getting in the way of things. I have started girth exercises again which include a few [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions each day (some are both penis and balls in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and others are just penis), I have also added in 1200 wet jelqs each day before one of my penis only [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions. When I shower in the morning or after a workout, I do 400 jelqs in the shower with soap to warm my penis up and get it loose for the day. I start my Penis Enlargement day in the heating pad for 15 minutes with a cock ring on and a hard erection. I will do my manual stretching routine in which I have added 10 sets of 30 second A stretches and then 10 sets of 30 second [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] stretches. I'm loving my routine and feel I just need to keep hitting it hard each day and the results will come.

Hey brothers, it's been a while since I updated my thread and progress log. I fell off the PE train for a bit while I was doing an internship I had for the last year. I struggled to get into a routine and schedule because of how demanding the work was. But it's over now and I've moved back to my hometown area, landed 2 sweet jobs and have been back at PE strong for 2 weeks now! Still determined to hit 9" or more! But I have to take it one small goal at a time. Right now my stats are 7x6. Pretty much solely focused on length but I also do some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and a few jelqs each day.

Here's my routine as of now:

6 min warmup with hot rag (re-dip in hot water every 2 min)
10 minutes of 1 second kegels
7 minutes of 5 second long kegels
6 min straight kegel hold
4x30 sec stretches (down & left, down, down & right)
4x30 sec stretches (to the right, straight out front, left)
4x30 sec stretches (pulling up and left, straight up and up and right)
4x30 sec stretches (behind cheeks left,middle,right)
10x30 sec [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] stretches
200-400 slow/fast rotary cranks
Warm down 5 min hot rag
20-25 minutes snake hanger hanging 10 lbs
100 Rotary cranks


I always do all of the manual stretches at once and if time allows then I add in hanging. My PE is done in the morning and throughout the rest of the day when I can I try to do 2-3 sets of 15 mins with a heating pad, cock ring and full erection for rest, growth and full hang. Later in the day I do 20-30 mins of pumping in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] with a cock ring on - helps to get a better pump and to fill the seal at the base of the tube while pumping so that no air leaks out. I do my pumping later in the day because once I pump for 20-30 minutes, my penis is too bulgey to do manual stretches and hanging because there is some fluid retention. That's why I get my manual PE done early so the rest of the day I can go about my business with a good bulge and when I have time use the heating pad with a cock ring for maximum expansion and healing. I also do anywhere from 400-800 jelqs in a day. Sometimes about 200-400 are done in the shower and the other 400 are done with lotion after I pump. The lotion also helps with my dry sky below the glans because it gets really dry there with how much I am working them so I apply lotion often.

Also am waiting on my new ROP to get in from Supra. Lost my old one a while back and have been missing that thing.

After seeing KingSnake use golf weights I got some a while back and they work great! I have 8 of them but I usually only wear 3-4 for maybe a few hours a day in my free time. I'm still trying to find a better way to secure them to my penis. Right now I use a piece of my sweatshirt that I cut a circle out of. I cut a hole in the middle of the circle and then fold it in half. Now I put on 3-4 golf weights, wrap the piece of cloth around below my glans and then take a rubber band and secure it around the cloth twice. Then I slide all the weights down against the cloth and the cloth protects the skin and hold the weights on the penis while the weights pull it down and make it hang close to FSL. However, 1 problem I run into is that after about an hour, either the rubber band is pinching to much on the skin and I have to take it off and re-adjust or the glans of my penis is too sore from rubbing against my clothing. So I'm still in the process of figuring out a better technique but until then it works alright. Also, one more problem with wearing the weights alot is they make my dick swing alot and then my swinging dick moves my balls around and then my balls start to itch HELLA. Not good. But other than that it feels really good to wear. I even took my dog on a walk at the dog park nearby with the weights on and I got a few wide-eyed grins from some ladies that I walked past. Like I said it makes it hang low and swang. Sometimes its hard to hide. I also do an hour of walking on a treadmill in the morning with 4 golf weights on and a baby sock over my glans and the weights to keep the rubbing of the glans down. It feels great tho and I love it cuz not only am I hanging while walking, but when I walk on the treadmill I can read and in an hour of just walking I can burn up to 500+ calories. It's all about that incline on the treadmill. But hanging, walking (burning 500 cals), and reading is a triple threat! Now that's what I call multitasking! Haha

Anyways, I'm back fellas and I'm goin strong. Also looking into doing alot of hot tubing cuz not only do I love hot tubs cuz they feel great and de-stress me but its great time to think and also might have the added benefit of being good for PE recovery and growth.

I don't like going by BP measurements cuz its like I build myself up in my head to be bigger than I actually am. Going for real NBP measurements cuz it truly reflects my size and it is what I see and what a woman would see. Not trying to lie to myself.

You will need to resize them before you upload. Any photo program should have a web option that will resize them to fit the screen.
