Restorers, we need a universal way to keep track of our progress. I have posted a survey for uncut guys to fill out that will let us know what kind of skin to cock length we need, but we also need to know how much skin we have. Keeping track of our progress will let us know when we are doing something right and doing something wrong. Like Ex said, there is just not alot of documentation on restoration. I have seen men claiming to have restored in months, and some claiming to have restored in years. Everyone's doing different things. It's like the tower of babel in here. If we are all keeping track and someone cuts ahead of the pack, then we can figure out what they are doing that is working.
One thing we can also do is post our progress in our signatures.
We need to keep track of five things.
Erect Length of Penis {EL}
Flaccid Length of Penis {FL}
Length of outer skin {OL}
Length of inner skin {IL}
Total linear length of skin {TL}
If I stretch my skin and measure the outside from the base to the point where it folds in naturally like a foreskin, I get 4.75"
Inner is trickier. I placed a q-tip at the coronal ridge of my glans and then pulled the skin up over it. Stretching it a far as comfortable, I got a measurement of 1.5" inner tissue.
So my restoration measurements are:
{EL} 7.5"
{FL} 4.5"
{OL} 4.75
{IL} 1.5
{TL} 6.25
Compare this to Prince Albert, who has our holy grail, full erect coverage:
{EL} 7.5
{FL} 5
{OL} 8
{IL} 3
{TL} 11
I know this is not alot of data. I need more guys to fill out these surveys, but it can give us an idea of ratios, just going by me (loose cut) and Prince Albert (full erect coverage) here are some numbers I get.
Me: 6.25 {TL} / 7.5 {EL} = 83%
Prince Albert: 11 {TL} / 7.5 {EL} = 146%
Please participate in this thread by posting your status (loose, partial, full whatever) and TL/EL ratio.
I'd like to find out at what ratio we start getting full flaccid coverage, partial erect coverage etc. I am just starting to get some roll-over at 83% . I know these numbers are only approximates, but it can give us a rough idea.
