Hi, I've been reading into this, but my goals are actually different than most other men considering this program.

I am very happy with both my current length and my girth. But I would like to increase the girth at the base of my shaft (my maximum girth is 5.75" and the base is 4.5"). Is it possible to increase the girth of certain areas of the penis with this program?

My other goal is to increase erection strength to what it was when I was a teenager (when I was too out of shape to make use of it). I have no problems performing now, but I miss the days when i could lie on my back and my dick would point to the sky instead of just flop over to whichever direction gravity directs it.

Lastly, if/when I achieve my desired results, will they still remain with me if I stop using the program, or is this a life commitment type of thing? I'm sure those who want to increase size are curious about this too.

Its possible yes but it will take you a little more learning than the guy who is doing this for uniform gains. A very good thread you will find for what you want with a little tweaking for what you want is HERE. You wont need all those ties, but two ... one at the base of the penis while erect and another approx 1 inch in front of that. Your clamping (Expanding) the area very intensely between the clamps, ties, shoe-lace or whatever it is that is going to be used.

One word on this ... KEGELS! simple to perform. When you urinate and than stop it mid flow, that is a kegel hold ... you will be doing holds for X amount of seconds and quick kegels through the day when you want to do them. Once you have stuck with this for a good length of time and when I say this, somewhere in the region of 6 months minimum of consistent work going towards 12 months to enable the gains to have 'cemented' become permanent. You can than stop and the gains will never leave you. I've proven this and had a break lasting nearly 2 years.

Thanks for this post from half a year ago Red Zulu. After reading this back then, I decided to start doing kegels. I would just do as many as I could in a day (usually in the region of 500 to 2000), and it's a made dramatic difference since. So I've been doing the routine for a three weeks now. To address the girth issue at my base, I decided to star each jelq super low, gripping at the bone and underneath any fat/skin above the base. It seems to be doing the trick thus far, and I've actually noticed an improvement here already (visually at least. I haven't measured the circumference of my base to see if it matches the rest of the shaft more, but it certainly looks like it).

Anyways, I did have a few questions I am hoping someone will answer. First, despite my constant kegels in the past, I have trouble doing the 1 minute straight one. The easiest way for me to keep my PC muscle flexed for that long is to do it while masturbating. Is this an okay adjustment to make? It feels like I'm somewhat cheating by making it easier on myself. I didn't come in desiring length results (7.25" in length, 7.5"+ on a good day), but after seeing some girth gains near my base (my main goal) and flaccid gains I have to admit I'm excited to see if I'll grow in length as well. So far I've seen nothing (been 1 month). I'm not measuring, just eyeballing though. Is it common for some areas to grow before others? Is it common for no length gains to occur over after a month?

My final questions relate to time. A kegel is a kegel whether soft or erect.

What it looks like can be deceiving, the only way to know if you have made gains is through accurate measuring. Increasing flaccid size usually happens relative to your erect gains but there are other things you can do to increase flaccid size. Bathmate Pumping and SizeGenetics use will greatly increase flaccid girth and length. If money is an issue you can look into Uncle [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Jims Strapping[/words] Method, an inexpensive way to increase flaccid length. It you are sitting for a lot of the day you could opt for Lazy Ass Stretching, another great way to increase flaccid length.

You will want to stay on the Newbie Routine until you can not gain any longer on it. Some guys will only need the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] to make all the gains they desire while others need a more intense workout to make gains. Best to try a routine for 4 weeks and if there are no gains a newer, more intense workout will be needed. My favorite workout to date is DLD Total Workout.
