What padding/protection are you using for the moment? Have you tried out some of my padding/protection tips? I think they will help you a lot if against your fluid buildup.

Yes, I think every guy have potential to gain. The MOD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] is a very good solid routine.
It can be that you are not using enough intensity in your workouts. It takes some time to find a good relation in intensity between your penis and your arms, eventually you will find that zone, where you use enough intensity and still being safe and avoid injuries. I think you should play it safe and stick with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for awhile, it´s a good routine.
When stretching, do you feel any pull all teh way inside your ligs where it is attach to your body?
With manual stretching you can use much power, stretching is pretty safe.

An easy exercise that could be a length complement to your routine is the easy performed "lazy ass stretches", where you to a between the cheeks and basicly sit on your penis, moving your hips further and further towards the edge of the sofa or chair. This can be done while watching tv, so it is a very simple exercise, but it is still very effective. You can easy feel the stretch in the ligs attached to your body as I wrote about earlier in this post.

DLD gained very much using his hands, he really is a Penis Enlargement hero.

Instead of noose I use 1.5 cm wide silicon strap. I wrap 3 layers, ghaze and theraband over it.

I needed to hear that! I think the worst bit of this is waiting for my very first gain. It becomes very discouraging when you have worked for hours a day for weeks and months and still seen nothing. I mean I finally beleive this stuff can work...but I still have the fear..."does this work for everyone? Will this work for ME?!" I cant see a reason it wouldnt work...I mean a penis is a penis isnt it, its not the same as muscles which can have a different fibre makeup and ppl have different body types and metabolisms. I guess maybe we all have different strength ligaments and spongy cells though.

I take heart from what you beleive though man, and I also remember a quote from supra..."if u pull hard enough for long enough you WILL grow!" I have to remember this for now and just keep on!

Its hard with the stretch intensity. I have quite strong arms so I feel like I could pull harder...its just I feel if I do I will rip my penis head off or the whole thing will just come away from the pubic bone. I mean when people say stretch will full intensity, I guess some one huge like arnie schw. could in theory have the strength to- if not rip it off, then stretch too hard and damage his penis. The other thing is I dont really feel eased into my stretching until the last grouping of sets. Its like lifting weights you warm up then gradually build up to your heavier lifts. Shouldnt it be the same with stretching...easing into the more intense stuff? The other annoyance about stretching for me is the penis often fill with blood becoming almost semi errect and I must wait for the blood to leave!

How often should I check for circulation? Should it be taken off immediately if the head goes numb and blue? Can tissues (the head) die that way if we are putting force on it every day for long periods?

Yes, Supra was a real Penis Enlargement legend! He was a pioneer in many parts of pay and have paid the road for a lot of guys. His room was like a Penis Enlargement laboratory, he i forever my hero.

I would use it but I really don't know where to find that material and how to call it in my language. What is its normal purpose, what does it use for?

The material is cutted from a hiking sitting pad used when someone walks in the woods and decides to sit down somewhere and have a protection for their butt. I´ts like some kind of (often in gray colour) light-weight insulation material. It can probably definitly be found at your closest walmart.
