Back after two days off for girth. I'm doing a 2 on 2 off for girth. For length I'm doing my downward stretches 1 on 1 off because they are too intense to do 2 days in a row which is why I had to take 2 days off of length. But I've started to do 20 mins of blue whale stretcing everyday for atleast 5 days straight to see how that goes also.
routine:
15 downward stretches(with legs against the wall creating more tension)
30 mins clamping
20 min blue whale stretch
